I ordered an appetizer & it was nothing like the menu description. Also, we ordered a burger & the bun was soggy. The waiter a woman was fabulous. She took off the appetizer which was very kind as I didn’t make a fuss. Lastly, there needs to be a way to get cash to tip the valet staff w/ in the hotel.

Loud, expensive and difficult. Everything Rustin touches continues to suck. This place is no different and I embarrassed to have hosted mothers day here. They have valet and will comp that, but everything on the way into Rustin encourages parking with ParkingMobile. They do not work with them directly. Wait until the hostess stand to have them pay for your parking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience in our neighborhood at Pt Rustin fell short of expectations, especially on such a meaningful occasion like Mother’s Day. We sincerely apologize for the noise level, pricing concerns, and confusion around parking validation. While we do offer complimentary valet, we understand the signage and Parking Mobile prompts may have caused unnecessary confusion. We’re especially disheartened to hear that you felt embarrassed after hosting your Mother’s Day gathering here. Please know this is far from the experience we strive to provide. We'd love the opportunity to connect directly and make things right, should you be open to it. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us grow and improve

I was entertaining out of town guests. I ordered Eggs Benedict, which I love. The yolks in my eggs were hard. Our server noticed. Fortunately my husband donated me one of his over easy eggs to make my breakfast palatable. Too bad it's the only breakfast place in Point Ruston.
Copper & Salt Northwest KitchenResponded on May 21, 2025
Thanks for dining with us and for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your Eggs Benedict wasn’t prepared properly—overcooked yolks are not up to our standards. We appreciate your server catching the issue, but regret that it wasn’t resolved on the spot. We know being that having limited breakfast options around Point Ruston comes with high expectations, and we’re working with our kitchen team to ensure greater consistency. We’d love the chance to make it right on your next visit. Again, thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback.
