Excellent everything. My now favorite restaurant. My husband and I are very picky with our food, drinks and critique of restaurants. This was definitely a must go! They first sat us outside, at our request, but it was a little too close to the watering patio with the kids so we asked to get moved to the quieter area of the patio. The area was perfect. Great view, great service, great everything. They even made my favorite martini which is hard to find. Loved the valet parking, we even checked out the spa, which carried great products!! ♥️

Wonderful experience. Waiter was really attentive and did an amazing job, free valet was wonderful, food was amazing, and not overly expensive for the taste and portions. We will definitely be back.

There were three for brunch. We were almost immediately brought to our table, a comfortable booth with an impressive view. We all very much enjoyed our vegetable omelet, French toast and ham Benedict. Our waitress was great and checked on us constantly. Our first visit but not our last.

We called to get a reservation for 5 (4 is max on Opentable). When we arrived were told the only place they could accommodate us was a large hightop table. It was quite wide and the restaurant was noisy enough that people across from each other couldn't hear the conversation. We were offered coffee or drinks within 10 minutes of seating, but the waitress did not return for another 15 or so minutes to take our order. We were seated for an hour and finally 3 of the 5 entrees were served. The manager stopped by to see how things were and I told him about the hour spent and no food for 2 people. The last 2 entrees arrived and the manager stopped back by to say he reduced our bill by 20%. He also offered us a free cocktail, but we declined. The food was OK. Caesar with added chicken: chicken dry and overcooked. Frittata tasted very strongly of the sun dried tomatoes. Salmon lox was good, Oatmeal was good, a steak sandwich that was requested to be served on lettuce instead of bread was good. There was a hair on the French fries. When we got our checks the discount was 15%.

Absolutely amazing! Had dinner with a woman who I haven’t seen in 16 years. This was the perfect place for the occasion. Every single person on staff was over the top with kindness, manners and professionalism. I simply can’t say enough about the hotel and restaurant staff. Personally, I will not eat anywhere else in Tacoma. Hopefully we will be eating there on our anniversary’s. Again, absolutely pleased and extremely happy.

Copper and Salt is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Tacoma area. The views are stunning on a clear day! The service was, as always friendly, professional and welcoming. The food was well prepared and everyone appreciated their meal including our vegetarian diner.

The food and ambience were nice but nothing special. The service was mediocre if not a bit slow and unfriendly. It was fine but nothing would bring me back here.
