Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

Three of us celebrated my birthday with 2 people ordering scallops which were delicious - perfectly cooked and served with risotto and corn. The third person ordered the special which was a short rib grilled cheese sandwich and she loved it. The brownie for dessert was outrageously rich and delicious. Our server, December, was friendly, professional and efficient. The only slight negative was a long wait for the brownie. It was well worth the wait though.

This was the second time we visited C&S and their food is prepared very consistently, presented nicely, and very good both times I have visited there. The BLT is excellent!

Two of us had the Grilled Chicken Caprese sandwich for lunch and it was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly. The fries that come with were very good and the other person substituted the vegetables for the fries. The veggies were outstanding and the next time I'll get them. The 3rd person enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was a nice big piece of chicken. Parking is easy and the service was attentive. Our server, Jordan, was excellent. We will return!

I took a. group of colleagues there for lunch. We were seated promptly. Both the host and server were very attentive. Our meals were excellent. We appreciated the southern twist on familiar foods. We especially enjoyed the blackened fish tacos and the grilled pimento cheese and bacon sandwich. Our server prepared a special blood orange seltzer drink which was delicious and the extra attention was appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would definitely return.

On Sunday, June 22, 2025 my best friend and I had the most amazing experience with Server, Jordan and Heather. I had already had an amazing experience with Amanda and Hannah with a different friend so I brought this friend over and the consistency is exceptional! Copper and Sage is my new fav. It was delightful and delicious. I am spreading the word throughout the Valley!
