   Great adorable server, Montana. Sat outside , easier to have conversations except when hot rods drive by. Food was delicious especially the beignets!!

   This was our second time where we had issues at this restaurant. Had to send the poboy back twice because it was a soggy mess. My husband didn’t get to eat because after the wait times to remake the food everyone else was done. The manager did nothing to make it right. It’s unfortunate but we probably won’t be back.

   This restaurant is loud, even outside. Our entrees arrived while we were still enjoying our appetizer and drinks. The mussels were delicious, but no plate or bowl was provided for the shells. The bottle of wine came to the table already uncorked with no cork in sight. The food is excellent, but there is a lot yet to do regarding service. Our server was pleasant, but apparently she had no control over the kitchen timing and needed more training. Goodyear needs more good restaurants, and we have been here twice. Both visits were disappointing.

   A pleasant surprise, not expecting too much. They accommodated a last minute move to the outside patio because the weather was so nice. Greet menu that doesn’t overwhelm you with too many options yet provides a variety that will please everyone at the table. The C&S Old Fashioned was a great start, using a quality crystal clear massive cube, just the way they should be made.

   I want to like this place so much but the food is just not that great. Went for brunch. The cinnamon roll was doused in a weird wet thin liquid and was awful. The Monte cristo sandwich was a deep fried abomination. The avocado toast -well the toast was so hard we could barely cut it. The crab Benedict was just ok. I have friends who like this place but it is just not for us. It is a pretty restaurant but very loud. Service was great.

   I’m so glad they opened this place in Goodyear! We love coming here. I especially appreciate their gluten free options. The GF wings are great, they could just use some more sauce as they were a little dry. But great taste nonetheless. Their blue cheese olives are amazing as well. If they added a gin to their happy hour menu I would be here every day lol

   This local restaurant serves excellent food and the service is always exceptional. I had the Walleye Fish and Chips and the crust around the fish is light and tasty. The fries were not hot, which was disappointing. We also ordered Brussels sprouts to share, and they were need to be steamed a bit more because they were hard and difficult to eat. It was a busy night in the restaurant and it gets very loud. The survey choice said energetic, but it was difficult to hear the person across the table from us and we were at a booth near the back. If something can be done about the acoustics it would make it so much more enjoyable. We should’ve moved outside, it was a lovely evening. That was our “bad”. Overall I highly recommend Copper and Sage and offer this review only as a recommendation for a few improvements. The server was attentive and very very nice.

   This was my first time, dining at Copper and sage, and the experience was absolutely delightful. From Amanda, the General Manager, to the attentive staff, and the inviting ambiance, everything was top-notch. The food was outstanding, making the entire experience a perfect 10/10. I can’t wait to return with my friends and family!”

   Easter brunch at Copper & Sage Goodyear was a nice leisurely experience for my party of six. We were pleasantly surprised having never been there before. Our server was attentive, the food was right temperature and tasty, and no unexpected expenses. We will be back!!
