Great happy hour. Fun and busy.
The ambiance was excellent and the staff was professional and inviting. The food presentation was well done- completely photo/ post worthy.
Very nice but too loud
Excellent brunch menu and bottomless offering. Music was too loud inside so we elected patio seating. 90% Latin Music. Would've liked if they mixed in some Top 40, Hip Hop and RnB.
I looked up this spot under bottomless brunch and was thrilled to see how inexpensive the menu was. I did not know upon arriving we would be serviced with super small portions of food at a high price and an inattentive waiter (we had to flag him down a couple of times to get our glasses refilled). The atmosphere is cute, warm and cultured but the service and food can use some work.
We celebrated a coworkers farewell here and it was The perfect place, super fun, great music, delicious food, attentive staff. Our server, Melody, did an outstanding Job taking care of us. Best service ive experience in a while. Thank you for making our night extra perfect. We will definitely make this our to go place. -Marta
Happy Hour food and drinks were a good value for a great selection. Ambiance is a bit too loud for a meal with conversation but definitely fun for a night out.
The place is beautiful, nicely done. The food average but ok. But the music was so loud that me and my friend sitting across the table couldn't hear each other so we had to pretty much yelled, so did everybody else, which make the whole experience exhausting. We left early because of that. Definitely not for a dinner nor a romantic date! I guess they should decide if they want to be a restaurant or a party place.
Hostess insisted that I didn’t make a reservation until I showed her my open table reservation which is when she realized she was looking at the wrong day. Happy hour is the time to go for great prices. The drinks were incredibly good food was good. Very fun place great atmosphere.
We went for new year eve, and we had an amazing time. Good job guys!
We had a very nice and pleasant waitress however I could not give an overall good review because the brunch food was not good (except the truffle Mac and cheese that is always great). The eggs didn't taste well, pancakes were tasteless.
One of the plates came out 25+ minutes AFTER the last plate of food was served. Also all the main courses came out staggered so guests were eating at different times.
The advertised drink options for bottomless mojitos, sangria and wine were not available with no explanation.
In other words - I will not be returning.
This place is not a restaurant. It’s a bar and a bad one at that. Horrendous service. We were a party of 7 out for a business meal and the waitress asks for a credit card before she would take our order. Apparently they ask everyone for a credit card. I get that this is done at bars but they serve food here. Why doesn’t BULLA do this across the street? Because they respect their clientele. Drinks took a ridiculous amt of time to get to us and when we complained our super snotty waitress actually said in a loud voice, “it hasn’t been that long!!”. The drinks were also mediocre at best. I had been here once before and they were ok. We left and went to Fleming’s and all was right again and it was good to know service still exists.
Music on Sunday brunch was wayyyyyy too loud. It was so difficult to have a conversation.
Other than that, everything was nice.
BEEN GOING TO COPPER SINCE IT OPENED, LOVE IT! ALWAYS THE OLDEST PEOPLE THERE!
Great ambience and good service, though appetizers were expensive ($12-14) and nothing spectacular. However, the house Cabernet was awesome and the bartender mixed a mean drink. Overall, worth a visit for its great vibe and proximity to Miracle Mile.
Awesome Fathers Day
I appreciated how someone called on Friday to confirm my reservation for Sunday. I did not appreciate the phone call Sunday around noon asking if I was coming in when I had confirmed my reservation on Friday and when I still had 15 minutes to spare (my reservation was set for 12:15 pm). When we arrived, before 12:15, we were rushed to be seated when the venue was empty, literally.
Once we were seated, the waitress was very nice, but slow-paced.
I was disappointed in the brunch menu. It was very limited and there was nothing remarkable on it.
As previously mentioned, we were the only group in the restaurant when we placed our order, yet the food took awhile to come out of the kitchen.
The food was good, but again, it was nothing to brag about, and a little pricey.
The décor was quaint and quite lovely.
I was unhappy that our reservation was for 7 people and we were given a booth for 6 people. Luckily, the table next to us was leaving by the time we arrived and what seemed to be the manager, moved another table to accommodate us.
Great wine selection and dish options. Will definetely come back again
What a pretty bar ! Great music and ambiance. Will be back soon.
Great happy hour (everyday from 4-8pm). Their small plates are great too share if you are not in the mood to order a large meal. Ambience is really interesting and unique. Fast service as well.
It has a festive atmosphere! Great music that you can dance to. We celebrated my daughters birthday and she and her friends loved it.
Excellent food and drinks, attractive atmosphere.
Incredible decoration and really good food
The only place in Miami that I know of which serves Clase Azul Tequila. Service was Top Notch
Arriving at Copper 29 promptly at 2:45 for my OT reservation, the restaurant was closed. Seeing staff inside I called the restaurant and Yanni answered. He advised that they were not open until 4:00 and that he repeatedly has told OT. He then asked if I was wearing white and when I answered yes he apologized for the OT error and asked me to please meet him 2 doors down at another restaurant he owns named Plomo which we did. Plomo has been open 9 days and it is a quaint Taco & Tequila Bar. Why making this review? I tried to cancel the original Copper 29 yet OT would not allow it and Yanni was so nice, he and his staff are very deserving of an amazing review for Plomo. Our server Angel was incredible and the food, GREAT! Everything was fresh; Guacamole with authentic chips, Plomo and Volador tacos are bite sized and really good. My Cardini salad was excellent although at $12 bucks a bit pricy for lettuce. My friend had the Flan which the Hostess offered as a compliment of the restaurant. Will definitely return as a great place to bring my daughters. Plomo is not yet on OT however get to this quaint, fun decor little Mexican gem now. Located at 230 Miracle Mile. By the way, plan to reserve at Copper 29 again as excited to try it out. Enjoy and say hi to Yanni!
Great service. Good food. A little too loud the later it gets. Needed to yell to hear the people at our table. Nice place for drinks.
The food was delicious, the drinks were innovative, the setting had such a cool and swanky vibe and everybody who worked there was perceptive and contributing to service. We ordered the truffle mac, ceviche, kale Caesar, steak and potatoes, salmon and quinoa, linguini alla carbonerra, and donuts and everything was so good! Will be back! Craft beer and wine also great!
Excellent place for brunch. Fun and lively. I'd like to try it for dinner. I heard of a great after-dinner bar scene.
I decided to try Copper 29, since I hadn't heard of it and wanted to go somewhere different. I'm glad I did. I was taking a friend to lunch for her birthday, we almost had the place to ourselves. I'm sure the construction on Coral Way was to blame.
The food was great! I had an quinoa salad with Norwegian salmon that was delicious. We shared the Oreo cheesecake, which was incredible! Even the lavender lemon ade was great. I will definitely go back before the crowd realized there is a gem in their midsts.
