Food was fabulous and made for an excellent business lunch spot.
Really great. Good and service was terrific. I love the ambiance. Anxious to go back.
Authentic Italian cuisine, high quality ingredients, good value. Great wine list.
It was really good. I absolutely loved the dinner. The Carbonara is delicious!
An outdoor patio in Houston's early October heat created a delightful lunch setting with filtered sunlight through bright yellow umbrellas. The menu always offers lots of choices and selections never disappoint.
Service and quality was great, the only reservation was the very small portion of the very tasty eggplant parmigiana as a main entree!
Food was delicious, love the wine pricing, great buzz in the restaurant.
Excellent food, wine list. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.
I love the quiet ambiance. We chose this over the bustling and cramped feel of North Italia. I plan to return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed & friendly, wines were good enough, although I'd love to see more by-the-glass options. Perfect spot to celebrate a quiet but fun and relaxing birthday. And thanks to the waitress who recommended an Italian digestive cocktail to help soothe an upset tummy.
Food excellent, drinks excellent, dessert excellent, waitstaff excellent. 5/5. 👍🏼👍🏼
We loved the restaurant. The waiter assigned to us what rude and was in a bad mood the day he waited on us. He asked for the manager and she ended up assigning us another waiter which was great!
Our server was great! She’s clearly in the top of her class
Excellent service. Better food than we remembered. Delicious, flavorful pasta dishes.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here! The food and wine were delicious. We will definitely be back!
The linguine a la scampi was so delicious! Yummy! The pizza was excelente! The black orchid drink was good!
The donuts were sooooo good and The Tuscan white was one excellent!
Chicken on Brick was dry
Best Italian food restaurant in Houston. It is so different than usual heavy Italian food restaurant in Houston!!Original and different dishes with right size of portion ...I hate huge portions,it is like they love in restaurants in Houston you take the leftovers and drive around 610 as you were a delivery guy
Really my new favorite restaurant in Houston
Food was excellent but hostess forgot us, arrived early for reservation, were told to wait at bar, gave up and asked if we could order at bar after a 20+ minute wait, bar service was great but sitting at end of bar by bathroom was not that great, because food was so good decided I would just check with hostess and tell her she forgot us, she then claimed she "couldn't find" us, sorry but bar just not that big and 4 other groups were seated while we waited, disappointing
We arrived on time for our reservation. The hostess told us that we had to wait and she also stated our table was not ready. 😒 I was shocked and I could not believe it. We wait 15 minutes and then we were seated at a broken table. The table was also placed in a odd spot with no decorations on top of the table. The waiter was “ok”, he didn’t really take of us. There were other servers who brought our food and drinks. Overall, the food was amazing, but the restaurant was not great. My wife and I will not go there again.
Always a wonderful experience- food, service, and atmosphere.
Fair wine pricing and excellent food
Food was, as always, quite good. New menu has a number of interesting items. Kept the vast majority of the old menu, too.
Excellent service, delicious food!
Service was outstanding — thanks Krystal! One of us had the lasagna (excellent) and 2 of us had the 3-course option with spaghetti carbonara; it was the best I’d ever had, very flavorful without being too heavy. Hazelnut chocolate cake was the perfect finish. Will definitely be back!
Fun Restaurant Weeks dinner with friends. We enjoyed burrata salad, meatball & salad appetizer, spaghetti carbonara, chicken, shrimp linguine main courses & chocolate cake/ice cream, & tiramisu desserts. All was excellent!
Amazing! It was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. Definitely will be going back!
We went here to celebrate my brother’s 28th birthday. Food was absolutely wonderful and servers were nothing but great.
I like the convenient location; the diverse menu; the friendly waiters; the delicious food and the overall value proposition.
Our (female) server was quite the pro. My husband totally enjoyed his carbonara while my raviolo was too salty. I could tell this after only one bite.
Our check was credited for my inedible meal.
Dinner was amazing!! We bought 3 different entrees and shared them family style. Everything tasted great and we left super full
The food is amazing. The pizza the Pasta Carbonarra, the doughnuts with chocolate sauce and those meatballs were excellent. Oh, and I loved the sommelier. Thank you
Hostess were sooo uninvolved. Sent us to the bar and then forgot we were there although they can to get others. When I went to ask about our table, it was apparently ready for us. I think this soured the whole experience.
I had the rigatoni. Very tasty but meat sauce was too dry. My friend had the tenderloin which was served perfect. Very tender, juicy, phenomenal tasting spicy rub. For dessert we had the Tiramisu, which was rich and flavorful... delicious. Also ordered zeppole , one of my favorites. Also known as sfengi. I requested no powder sugar as I like to dip in honey. Unfortunately they were way over cooked, almost black. They should be light brown. Very disappointed. Apparently white powdered sugar covers a multitude of sins!
It was busy but still able to have conversation service was great food was great little disappointed in the soft shell crab it tasted great was expecting two crabs not just one small small crab
Nice place, packed with beautiful people. Food is just OK, service is borderline amateur and prices are way too high for what you get in return. You can go to better places in Houston for a fraction of the prices here.
My moderate rating on the food is most probably for personal reasons. When asked for a suggestion, the waitress recommended I try a pasta dish with shrimp and a lemon sauce. The sauce was amazing, I just didn't love the taste of the shrimp in the dish. Probably more of a personal taste thing than something wrong with the dish.
I hated to see the restaurant so slow for lunch. August is tough for restaurants. Please support them with your business if you can.
Very nice, as always.
The pasta carbonara and carnissima pizza were absolutely top notch! The ambiance was delightful and the wine list was thorough.
Delicious food. Courteous and prompt service.
