   Overall, the food was really good. Service was very slow and the server was not very friendly. I will say that the gentlemen coming around with the meat and side dishes were all very friendly.

   Just wanted to say we were just at your Toronto location. We have been a few times in the past and loved it. Tonight we went for our anniversary. Waitress was great. Manager was trying to be great. First 40 mins….great service. Then all down hill. We waited 30 mins for anything from the kitchen. Even with the manager requesting it we waited another 30 mins for pineapple. Then were rushed out because we were at the end of our two hours. I’d expect better for the price.

   The entire staff at the restaurant is exceptional. From the hostess and the waitress to the team that serves the different cuts of meat, the manager, and the performers — everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Their attention to detail and friendliness truly enhance the dining experience

   Table for 4 - Birthday celebration - Uptown Toronto location. Drinks took forever to be refilled - 40 mins at one point (2hr max stay per visit) Only 2 servers with meat for the entire restaurant - really hard to get service. They didn't provide us with a stop/go signal which is traditional at all Brazilian steak house locations. Overall was pretty disappointed - I did eat for free though they did honour that. Still for $390 ($57 automatic gratuity Tip included in bill) I would have not tipped given the option. Won't be going back to this location.

   Great food!, good quality, good ambience. Service was good for the small plate orders. But meat service was not consistent and we didn’t get to try all the items listed available on the website (though the staff did try to accommodate when we requested items) . There were times it was quick and the staff came to the table but then there were other times we were waiting for 20 min to be served . I hope they improved that portion of the meal service. Otherwise overall we had a great time and will definitely come back!

    We went early and the service was great! The servers made sure we had enough meat and followed up multiple times to make sure we got all the different types of meat we wanted. This was our best Copacabana experience (we've eaten at all the locations).
