   We went early and the service was great! The servers made sure we had enough meat and followed up multiple times to make sure we got all the different types of meat we wanted. This was our best Copacabana experience (we've eaten at all the locations).

   The food is great, food servers and the manager really did well overall they are all nice and very hospitable! I had a group 28 people and they did really well!

   I'd like to start off by saying that the food was amazing and the gentlemen bringing it to the table were fantastic. With that said, we had 2 different servers last night and both were awful. It look them forever to greet the table, let alone ask us for our drink order. When it came time to pay our bill, it was over 45 minutes from the time we asked for the bill to the time we were able to pay it because our sever was nowhere to be found. The restaurant was definitely not busy enough to warrant that delay. Our table spent a significant amount of money and you would assume that would warrant some level of service in return but that did not seem to be the case. Very disappointing.

   Our experience was very good. Food quality and quantity was above our expectations. Service was good, but it would be better if they would take their time to listen to everything we need and not run away as soon as they here the first sentence to bring the first thing they heard. We had to ask a lot of times instead of asking once for several things at the same time. Other than that, everything was good.

   Our server was really kind and tried her best to improve our experience. But honestly, it felt like we were begging just to get food. I didn’t pay $85 to sit there and only eat starters. The meat was cold, and the guys walking around with it kept skipping our table like we weren’t even there. On top of that, there were many types of meat we were never served at all. In the end, we barely ate and still paid almost $1,000 just for starters.

   It seems like it’s a hit or miss with service. I’ve been twice now and the first time it was an unbelievable experience from top to bottom but the second time was not the greatest at all

    Our first time at CopaCabana but will not be our last! From the meat to the sides, everything was perfectly seasoned!
