Server was useless and miserable had to rip meat guy to even get anything 20-30 mins per meat we usually go to Vaughn location and will continue to do so this wasn’t very good . Food was good but the service was awful . Won’t be going again Vaughan is the place to go !

A complete rip off. The servers were nice but can't manage the tables. We waited at least 20min for the beef after we ordered our sides. I don't think I got 8oz of beef and when we do get it the beef was way too salty. Too expensive for something very little. This was the worse dining experiences I had.

I’ve been coming to Copacabana for years—even back before it changed to La Latina and eventually returned to Copacabana. It used to be one of my favorite spots, which makes this review incredibly difficult to write. In fact, I’ve never in my life left a negative review for any restaurant.. ever. This is the first time, and it’s honestly heartbreaking, because I used to genuinely enjoy coming here. We came to celebrate my daughter’s university graduation, a proud and special moment for our family. We asked the meat servers if we could have the steak at least medium, but instead we were continuously served pieces that were extremely rare, almost raw… I can send photos over if needed. I know what medium looks like, I’ve been smoking meats for over 15 years. I understand how proper doneness should look, feel, and taste. What we were served was far from it, even bordering on blue rare. Worse than the food, though, was the service. One of the gentlemen serving us, covered in tattoos on his arms and neck, was incredibly rude and dismissive—especially toward my wife and two daughters. His sassy and unprofessional attitude was completely out of place, especially on such a meaningful occasion. We left upset and disappointed. What was meant to be a joyful celebration turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable evening. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. Copacabana has clearly lost the warmth, quality, and professionalism it once had.

I have been to Copacabana many times. Tried to call in to change reservation time and number. Left 2 voice mails and no return call received. Got to the restaurant and my friend forgot her physical ID and was excluded from the birthday promotion. Not great at all.

Food was fantastic, however for the price the dessert options are extremely lacking. It is a nice looking place and sides showed up fast. My biggest gripe is that I'm a small guy at 160lb I don't think I eat that much, however it seemed vary apparent that if you eat for too long the servers would bypass you over and over again. I sat for 15 minutes with servers not making eye contact and taking the meats to other tables all around me then walking to the back. For over $70 this is not acceptable. For feeling like a burden I won't be going back to this location

Overall, the food was really good. Service was very slow and the server was not very friendly. I will say that the gentlemen coming around with the meat and side dishes were all very friendly.
