Food was great, managers Nathan and Ti were incredibly accommodating! Chefs special steak with a crab crust was skimpy and not worth the money but very tasty. I eat at a Coopershawk at least three times a month and i’ve never had a bad meal. This was the first time I felt the price point for the chef‘s special was way out of line. But the manager came by and asked how everything was and I expressed my feelings about the special entrée for dinner and he ended up buying us dessert. Super nice, super unnecessary but what a great good faith move! Kudos to Nathan and Ti to put customer service and satisfaction over the bottom line! They are a class act!

My friends and I started our night with a wine tasting with Bridget. She made our night so fun and was able to provide us with the tasting each of us needed. Dinner was delicious and our server, Alex, made great recommendations for us. T came to visit us at the wine tasting and dinner to make sure everything was going well. I can’t wait for my next visit!
