   We had a five thirty reservation to avoid the noise crowd which were there by 7 when we left. Good good and service.

   Cooper's Hawk Wesley Chapel still delivers a fun wine tasting experience and excellent food. We are members in their wine club and have found that we really enjoy doing our wine pickups scheduled around a lunch reservation. Hardly ever crowded and excellent service. I have to make a shout out to one of the wine educators in the wine bar. Rick is wonderful and knows the CH wine portfolio inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and humble at the same time. We always look for him when we come in for a tasting. Lunch this time was delicious and had the monthly special of Carne Asada street tacos with tortilla soup. Delicious!!!

   Coopers Hawk is a great restaurant with a large selection of wine and food. The atmosphere is always lively and offers a sense of community at the tastings.

   This was our first time at Cooper’s hawk. Cool entry. Wine tasting. It was Sunday brunch and it was pretty full. The inside dining room was super loud! Tables cramped together. The dining room was clean. Staff was friendly. Our server Connor was on point. Great recommendations and a nice guy. We had drunken shrimp it was amazing!! I had Dana chicken. Perfect!! My husband had the pretzel pork chop it was delish!! Our glasses were always half full I appreciated that as well. The ladies room…. Well.. not clean. Toilet paper comes off in shreds. No paper towels. I alerted staff they were attentive. Overall we would go back again? 100% just not on Sunday brunch time. Stop in enjoy the place.

   The service was so slow to the point we almost cancelled our desert. The salad was canceled bc even the server was not sure why it was taking so long. Lunch came we had two ppl order the Churrasco steak and they both asked for med well one came out well done the other came out med rare. The kids chicken tenders thankfully were good. The chicken sandwich was good and the chicken dinner the Birthday girl ordered. Overall it was very loud, extremely slow and overall one out of three desserts we ordered was good. The other two were not and the server had two compt bc it took so long for them to come to the table. It was not what we hoped for or expected

    Service and food is consistently very good at Cooper's Hawk. At high volume times like Friday and Saturday night, however, it is so loud, you need to shout to communicate at your table. This would be my only complaint.
