    Our wait was 5 minutes to be seated, drinks in another 5 mins, we ordered an appetizer that was brought in 7-8 min, ordered entrées that were 7-8 min by a new employee! We've enjoyed each time we've gone to Cooper's Hawk and plan on many future experiences.

    We are members of the wine club. They do an excellent job at crafting their wine blends. The food is always good. All the dishes are above average but some are outstanding. They also do an excellent job of pairing their wines to the food selections. On this occasion we had the baked parmesan shrimp scampi and the shrimp & scallop risotto. 5 stars on these 2 dishes!

    As always CH was another wonderful experience. My one and only irritation was our waitress was not very attentive, it felt like she was more interested in getting us out of there. Our bill was brought to the table as soon as we ordered dessert, we all wanted another cocktail but were never offered and she made herself quite scarce after that.

    We had a family birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. The service was attentive to all of our wants. The appetizers were delicious, great wine selection and our dinners were all perfectly prepared.

    We get together with my Aunt and Uncle for dinner monthly . The meal was outstanding and the service is the best we have ever had. Our server., I wish I remember her name, I feel ashamed that I don’t. She was the best server we have ever had. She was so attentive, so kind and we never wanted for anything. She was kind with my uncle that has memory issues and with me while I ordered food for my kids to go. It was a great experience with excellent food. I think I found my new favorite meal. Thank you.

    The food here is outstanding. We have dined here on several occasions and the food has always been above average. The service is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. This time it was disappointing. Unfortunately, personality as well as skill comes into play for those who are in the hospitality sector and some just do not have the needed personality to make customers feel valued and welcomed. So even if they have the skills, if they do not have the knack (or desire) to make customers feel they care, then the experience will be less than it could be. Our server this time was certainly not the worst we have ever had when dining out, but she did not seem to put a priority on serving us and it showed. She did seem to possess the skills though. So perhaps she was preoccupied and this was not her best day. The other thing --which I have noted in previous reviews about Coopers Hawk, the lady at the check-in desk is never welcoming or seems to be happy that she has to be interrupted to tend to us. Never a cheery" hello, how are you?" and hardly communicative at all on all times we have been there. Not the best way to start off your dining experience. The girls manning the wine section as you enter are always friendly and give a cheery greeting upon our entrance. That is what I am looking for at the check-in desk as well.

    I absolutely loved everything about Coopers Hawk great vibe the wine 🍷is delicious loved all the different wine tasting options!! The food was delicious our waitress was pleasant I’ll definitely be back!!!

    We were treated like VIP's from the moment we walked in. The woman pouring the tasting wine was just the sweetest. The food was phenomenal 😋 and our waiter was top notch. Absolutely will go again and again

    Brussel sprouts outstanding flavor and cooked perfectly. Tuna appetizer excellent. Corned beef and cabbage, offered only on St Patrick’s Day, over the top great.

    Brussels sprouts appetizer wonderful, grapefruit martini wonderful but pricy and s’more dessert wonderful. Pistachio grouper ok and gnocchi carbonara ok. Mixed veggie medley wonderful. Parmesan filet wonderful. Would go back again.

    Went here for Anniversary dinner. They acknowledged us upon arrival and wished us well. Service was impeccable, our server was gracious and helped us with menu decisions, she also stopped at the table numerous times to insure that all was fine. We were very pleased with our meals, service, etc. We plan on going back for another date night.

    Overall a great experience as usual. I had the cilantro ranch chicken sandwich with the Asian slaw, the sandwich was quite good and I would order it again.. My sister ordered a healthy burger option which she said was tasty and good number for calories, 600 I believe, and my wife got the bbq ranch chicken salad which she said hit the spot

    Great gluten free food. They understand celiac and take very good care of the customers with special dietary needs. The gluten free buns are fantastic. We always get them as our bread accompaniment.

    As a Wine Club Member, the food, desserts, wines and beverages are excellent. The service is excellent. This situation is the exception not the rule- we’ve eaten there several times. However, I feel we had a server that expressed that we were possibly an inconvenience. Their actions spoke volumes. We sat for almost 10 minutes without being approached. Another server pointed us out to them, which I was grateful. Usually, the servers will make small conversation and give the latest recommendations. This one simply said “okay” as they asked if we’d been there before- as we answered yes, I gave my membership card- the reply was okay. The food came out in a timely manner and it took a while for them to check on us. A few minutes later they were asking if we were ready to check out. We will be back and we will be asking if our favorite servers are working; there have been 3 people that do not disappoint. No matter how many times they have waited on us.
