    Always a great experience at Cooper's Hawk. Wait staff was very attentive, the chicken dinner I had was very tasty, my wife had the Prime sandwich which she said was delish! Wine was spot on as usual.....

    We love Copper’s Hawk. It’s a great place with great food and great wine. This particular time my Maui Maui was dry like it had been sitting. The capers were even shriveled up. This one time will not sway us from dining there again. I was just a little disappointed in my meal. Would definitely dine there again!

    Food outstanding and service was exceptional! John our server was very attentive and described items on the menu and also wine. It was our anniversary and John bought us champagne which was great. We even bought that same champagne for our next celebration. Definitely be back. Highly recommend reservations as they are very busy.

    My daughter and I absolutely loved this place. They have a huge gluten-free menu. My daughter had gluten free pasta and she said it was the best she has ever had before. She also said the sauce was amazing. I have filet medallions and they were perfect. We both had whipped potatoes and can I say amazing again! I also had a glass of red wine and it honestly was perfect. The waiter was very professional and had excellent choices for us. He knew the menu and the wine very well. This restaurant will alter any meal for your from ingredients or substitutions . I definitely can’t wait to go back and you should definitely give this place a try.

    Wonderful food and atmosphere! We felt service was very slow. Took a long time to seat us even with a reservation service was slow. Big gaps of time from being seated to having our server greet us, to getting our appetizer, more than usual time to get our meals then waiting longer than usual for our bill. We will come back again for the amazing food!

    Our server was pleasant but slow. The restaurant was not busy, which leads me to wonder why groups of eight can only make reservations at 5PM or 8PM. This is a challenge on some occasions. The food taste was great but meals came staggered instead of together. Still would recommend but please look to Improve

    Decided it was finally time to give this place a try. Planned a surprise birthday dinner for my husband and was excited to go. Husband ordered the chef's recommended Surf&Turf and I ordered The Prime. We were waiting anxiously for our tastebuds to sing with joy! When we received our food, it was anything but that. Very bland flavor profile. Disappointed that the lobster tails were fried and it was not indicated on the menu. I mean, who fries lobster tails?! The Filet Mignon was bland and overall not good. I had seasoned fries with my order and it was immediately apparent that they were double fried. Hollow and dry. My prime rib was flavorless, even the au jus was disappointing. I ordered roasted broccolini as well and received it cold and limp with, again, no flavor. Overall do not recommend off of our experience. The atmosphere was nice. The interior design and layout is nice. Very modern and well kept. The food though, really wanted to love it. 1 star.

    This was our third time at Cooper’s Hawk and it never disappoints. Our server, Kelsey was amazing! The food was excellent!

    Been 3 times, 2 out 3 my steak was not cooked right(overcooked). Being 40+ for the steak,that's unacceptable. The service was amazing and the place was great. Definitely recommended.

    The ambiance of the restaurant is great, up scale but also laid back. Our sever was amazing, timed out the meals perfectly and was very knowledgeable of menu and drinks. the filet was one of the best that I’ve ever had. And the espresso martini was beyond delicious.

    Our server was fantastic! Super server. He was knowledgeable, informative. Made great recommendations without being pushy. Professional while also being fun. He was rattled a bit when the smoke detection system went off. Unfortunately, it was not able to be shut off for what seemed at least 10 minutes. Although not the servers responsibility, the manager on duty should have compensated diners a small amount as a gesture of acknowledgment at least. Food was great. Wines are ok.

    We've been once before and had a great experience. This time was a little different. I tried the recommended surf and turf, which was a 6oz filet and a lobster tail.

    We have dined here about a half dozen times now. The food is always delicious and well-presented. I got a chicken dish and my husband got a fish dish. Those arrived nice and hot. My slight ding is for the vegetables that accompanied the mains--they were barely warm. Still tasted good, but would have been so much better had they, too, arrived at least moderately hot. The music's vollume, which I have complained about in past reviews, thankfully has been lowered but the choice of music has not improved much. Whatever it was that was playing, you could only hear a thump thump thump of the bass which is. really annoying. But kudos for some improvement on the noise level. It such a lovely atmosphere, the music seems more fitting for a sports bar sometimes than an upscale wine restaurant that begs for special nights out where one relaxes and converses softly with one's companions. The servers see well trained and are quite good at their jobs. Still need to improve the front hostess welcoming. Last two times, the person manning the desk was hunched over the desk and looking like they preferred you did not disturb them. This level of restaurant deserves better and so do its customers. An upright person with a ready smile and a few words of welcome does not seem to be asking too much. Maybe some more training and higher expectations are in order here. Overall though, this restaurant is a real treat and gem in the Sylvania/Toledo area.

    We had a very nice dinner there. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star just because we did have a manager come over to our table and say that another customer complained that they heard profanity coming from out table. I am 100% sure that they did hear it from our table, but it was nine on a Saturday evening. We are a table of adults that will occasionally use adult language. From my perspective nothing was over the top, we were not rude in anyway to our wait staff or aggressive. It kind of killed the vibe for us a little bit. I can't control others complaining, but it was kind of a bummer to feel like we were being scolded...although the manager was very cool about it...just kinda sucked that it had to happen to begin with.

    Food was delicious, our server got our bills mixed up but overall a fantastic experience. Joined the wine club. For the monthly fee, it’s a great excuse to meet up with our friends at least once every few weeks and have an excellent dinner.
