It was wonderful. However they almost didn’t give us a booth and said it was for people with reservations, which we had but didn’t know we had to specify this request. I’ll know next time. Employees were great but they seemed a little understaffed but service was still great.

Been here several times as a member. Both husband and I ordered the filets and neither were cooked to correct temperature. The bill was not correct - we were with another couple and both appetizers were on my bill. Had to remind the server to bring the samples we requested and his comment was they were sitting on the bar waiting for him. Very disappointing overall. Never said a word to the sever because he never asked how everything was.

WONDERFUL SERVICE.... THE RHUBARB WINE IS A MUST TRY....THE CALIFLOWER APPETIZER WAS DELICIOUS.... AND FINISH IT OFF WITH THE AMAZING KEY LIME PIE :)

I continue to be disappointed by Cooper’s Hawk. They just can’t get the customer experience right. At this price point, if there’s an issue, it should be corrected and, generally, a manager should be addressing it… yet it seems that management does not want to address guest issues or resolve them.

I believe this is the best meal in a restaurant we had in a long time. The others were great but this one was a step above.

They wouldn’t accommodate a food sensitivity I have. I’m a new mom who is nursing and avoiding certain foods due to them upsetting my daughter’s stomach. My dish came with a certain vegetable I cannot eat pickled peppers. I asked if it could be substituted for something else and they said no. Then I asked if they could just leave it off my dish because I can’t eat it. They still served it to me covered in peppers. Luckily it was just on top and could be scraped off. But for a $150 dinner for 2 it would have been nice if they could have accompanied my needs. Overall the food was good, service was decent, atmosphere was nice. Just disappointed that my first meal out postpartum (a big deal for me) couldn’t be accommodated to my needs as a nursing mother. Maybe I should have told them I was allergic for them to care?

Only negative of Coopers Hawk is the noise level. Sure wish corporate would add something to help decrease this inside the ceiling areas or between booths too.
