We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and we have always gotten something from the restaurants, but at this restaurant - nothing was done for his birthday. I thought it was their policy until I saw them give a customer a birthday dessert when we were leaving. It's a shame that they did not do anything special for him...I will not be going there for any special occasions.

Waited for our table too long. Seven diners, entrees came out in three shifts. Seems like you could get entrees all at once. Appetizer plates and bread plates never cleared until we asked. Not really good service or kitchen organization.

Wine service was extremely slow, we decided to contact the Manager. She was helpful with getting us glasses of wine. The entree’s were very delicious.

Went for a first date and I gotta say that was the best place I could’ve chosen. Food was amazing, they had a gluten free menu for my date, and the waitress was very kind and looked happy!

This was our second time at Cooper’s Hawk. I would’ve given it a much better score but the girl who works the front desk and walks you to your table could not have been less warm or friendly. She didn’t smile one time. She seemed extremely annoyed that we were even there. She asked if a table was OK, and I asked if there was a booth available instead. She said yes but only the small ones, as though perhaps we wouldn’t fit. So I said jokingly “ I mean, how small is it? We should fit fine right?” to which she looked us up and down and said yeah probably. My husband and I are not big at all. She was very rude with everything that she did. She should not work customer service. We both looked at each other and said “ she needs a new job where she doesn’t work with people.” Other than that, we waited 16 mins before our server came over and asked us if we wanted something to drink. It started off rough, but the food ended up being good and service was good after all that. Definitely need a new front desk girl.

The food was very good. ( I haven’t had bad food here yet). Good service. Friendly and efficient. Refilled our water several times and asked if we needed anything.

Brussels sprouts were excellent. The. Beef medallions and gnocchi carbonara were tasteless. Our service person had other 4 tops. She was very attentive to them not so much to our 4 tops.
