   The food was excellent. The service was good. It was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected during dinner rush on a Saturday evening.

   This was our first time at Cooper’s Hawk, I chose it for my birthday dinner. My husband wasn’t too excited looking at the prices online, but the food was fantastic! I had the pretzel crusted pork chop and I had never had such a tender pork chop in my life. Allie our waitress was amazing as well. We will definitely be back.

   We have been here many times and love it. You must give them a try, the food is delicious and especially if you enjoy wine! Just make sure you have reservations!

   We ate at Cooper's Hawk on May 2 and were pleased with the food and service. My wife had a salad and the parmesan crusted chicken and I had the tortilla soup and the blackened tuna. On prior occasions, we found the service on weekends to be slow, so we have only been going on weeknights. But on this Friday our server, Brittany. was very good and we did not have to wait unreasonably long for our food.

   The sresraurlant was crowded as we walked in. We got seated 10-15 after our reservation time. It seemed to clear a lot of the lobby out at the same time. There were still 4-5 tables the whole time we were there in our room that were left empty. The waiter was great but he was working outside and at quite a few tables in our room. He could have checked on us a little more as he seemed to get caught up with other tables quite a bit. My guess was that they were short staffed. It was nice because at no time did we feel rushed. When we were ready for the check though it did take time to get him over to the table. The food was very good from start to finish. Cooked just as we asked and also looked very good with presentation. We both agreed that we would be back to dine there as we find it hard to find good restaurants in the west valley.

   Had the pistachio-crusted Grouper for my entree. It was a small chinzey piece of fish and the crust overpowered everything (not in a good way). The calamari appetizer was excellent.
