    Everything was excellent, the only negative thing I will say our food took a long time to arrive. It might have been our server didn't put the food order in right away since we had appetizers first.

    Frequent customer. Like the food and service. BUT the music is too loud! It is difficult to carry on a conversation. Also the type of music is irritating. Please consider more soothing music and not as loud. Thank you.

    Entrees took 1 hour to arrive at the table after ordering appetizer. Inattentive waitress with very little empathy. Commented to my wife that I hope the food was worth the wait which put me over the top.

    Service was great however the wine is just OK. Unfortunately there is only their wine so if you’re into high value Napa wines you’re out-of-luck. I joined the monthly club but after tasting the wine I’ve decided to cancel my membership. The food menu is large with what looks like good items for dinner. However, the risotto was dry. No sauce. The beef tasted just like pot roast. My wife had the enchiladas. Not again. I rate this restaurant as 1 step above Outback. Definitely not a Ruth Chris or Flemings as advertised.

    I requested in my reservation a booth. When seated next to 2 empty booths I was told no servers were available for the booths. 10min later a family of 4 was seated in a booth near us and then another in a different booth. My husband ordered the tuna sashimi appetizer. I specifically asked if there were scallions to please leave them off. Server said no scallions were on the dish. It arrived with scallions all over it. A bit disappointed with the experience. Was an anniversary dinner with friends and it was a let down.

    Although the wait service was excellent the food and wine was not. The gnocchi with squash was sweet and gummy very hard too eat. The sweet corn risotto was not cooked properly band tasteless. This was not our first time at Cooper Hawk but we were very disappointed with the food. The wine was just average .

    What a wonderful night out. We had been waiting to go for some time, and the opportunity presented itself and I am so happy we did. Alexandria, our server, was charming, knowledgeable and attentive. You know when a server clears away opened Splenda packets immediately and you never have a half glass of drink? That is outstanding training and service you will get here. So refreshing. The extensive menu is a wonder and the food is well done. The Pinot Grigio is a delight. Made a point to commend the manager.

    Friday night, 5:30 PM, sat a semi circle booth ,second from right. They sat 5 women, to our right. They were LOUD, IRRITATING and extremely RUDE. The four(4) of us lasted 10minutes and asked to be moved. The male manager was reluctant but eventually complied. The individuals in the tables near us were disturber that this was allowed to occur. Their loudness was allowed to escalate by continuing to supply them with alcohol. Your two managers were told by several patrons and your own staff that this was out of control. So they enabled them by taking pictures at their request and bring more drinks. We eat there at least once per month and ALWAYS bring our guests. The other couple is a member of your wine club and eats at least 2-3 times per month. This was despicable that the managers fueled this behavior. Your waiters and waitresses are due an apology. DISGRACEFUL,

    My favorite place to dine! Lived in the Chicago area & now living in Bradenton & was happy when they opened in Sarasota. Was a long time wine member, but when I moved, canceled it & now joined again. Many benefits to joining, rewards, discounts , free wine tasting, what’s not to like😉 brought many friends there & they all decided to join, was just there this week & can’t wait to return👍🏻

    The acoustics were an architectural failure. We were a party of 4, middle aged, adults and struggled to maintain a normal conversation. We all agreed, that the design and decor of the new restaurant is pleasing to the eyes, we will return for the simple reason that we can’t “visit” with our friends because we couldn’t hear each other talk.

    Cooper’s Hawk is a great place for a business meeting. I would highly recommend the brussels sprouts at this location. This is a one step better than a bar and grill.

    We love it here! Where nothing is perfect, Coopers Hawk is close. This week we are lighter, Choosing a few appetizers to share. Everything was great, but especially the potstickers and Asian slaw. We love starting our evening off, with a wine tasting flight. Never disappoints!!

    This was our 5th visit to Cooper's Hawk, and the first time that we were disappointed. We had a 6:30 pm reservation. Didn't get seated until almost 7 pm. Then, while our server did his best, he was incredibly busy. The restaurant was full and seemed understaffed. We were there for just under 3 hours because everything took so long to be served. We were a party of four. Two of us had the grouper and we both felt it was too salty. I didn't eat all of mine. The other two guests said their food was good. It was very noisy, but that's to be expected when the restaurant is full. As I mentioned, this was our 5th visit and we brought guests who were first timers. I don't know if we will go back.

    Overall a good visit. Service was good with a few misses. 1. At time of reservation we were asked if it was a special occasion, we responded that it was a birthday and noted on the card when we were seated. Other than that no mention. We didn’t want singing and dancing but why ask if you are going to disregard. 2. We had to ask twice for bread, remind that wine refill never showed up. Just little misses with the service. 3. Food was great.

    Food was excellent, but at the end of the dinner we asked for a two boxes, the server brought them but dropped the lids on the floor then handed them to us to put on top of the box. I do think that was unacceptable and she should have brought us new lids. I should have said something but I was stunned and she walked away before I could.

    My husband and I recently moved from Tampa to Parrish and were happy to find a Coopers Hawk near our new home as we are wine club members and visit the Tampa location often. We made an early dinner reservation and were seated promptly. The service was friendly, and the food was amazing...as always. We really liked the set-up of this location and will definitely be returning.

    Fun atmosphere and some excellent food. Steak and salad were fantastic, well seasoned and fresh. My salmon was way over cooked - and was very kind of them to take off the check - even tho I barely mentioned it and was just honest when asked. I find the wine just fine and not AHmazing. It’s a bit gimmicky for my taste but still good quality restaurant for Sarasota.

    We just got married last week and wanted some time away after all the planning. Coopers Hawk is OUR fave spot and always hits ! We were early for our reservation, and decided to have a drink at the bar. JoJo was our bartender and was absolutely fabulous! Our drinks, service and food were wonderful. She also sent us home with some truffles to celebrate our newly wed weekend. Thank you!!

    Our server Samantha was wonderful. Friendly, attentive and made for a great night. Food and wine were perfect as well, compliments to the kitchen staff. My advice, make a reservation way ahead of time, this place is popular.

    We have been to the restaurant several times with friends and family and enjoyed each visit. This visit was with the parents of our granddaughter who are visiting us. Our granddaughter told her parents to make sure they visited the restaurant as she had enjoyed it. Although it took some time to be seated, the balance of the evening proceeded very well. The table service by Chayanne was EXCELLENT. The food delicious. We enjoyed the evening. What more can I say? We'll be back.
