Our server, Nick, was outstanding. The music was incredibly annoying and distracting, adding to the level of conversation around us. The manager said jr could not adjust the music. Why must there be this unpleasant distraction at all? We are in a restaurant to enjoy the food and company. It is not a concert.

The Drunken shrimp never dissapoints, but my husband had the Mahi sandwich, and the portion of the fish was very small. He said it was good though.

Maybe it was an off night for them but I'm not sure. Made a reservation online for our anniversary dinner, with a comment that will need a gluten-free menus. When we got there, we couldn't hear the hostess over the music, and when we did hear her she confirmed if we needed gluten-free menus and we said yes. When we got seated at our table, we were provided with regular menus. When our waitress finally showed up about 10 minutes later, we had to ask for the specific gluten-free menus. Waitress was courteous but didn't see them often, only about 4 or 5 times over an hour and a half-ish we were there. We also had to specifically ask for more water. The food was fantastic. We got the GF Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which we both highly recommend getting, the GF Gnocchi Carbonara and the GF Red Wine Braised Short Ribs. Both of which were perfectly cooked. But once again the service, from even the start, was a big let down.

Came with a group of 5. The service was very slow, our server rarely came to the table to check in on us. The food took forever to come out, we were seated and ordered for well over an hour before our food came out. Two of us ordered steaks, both of them were over cooked and both side orders were wrong. Our reservation was for 7:30 but because everything took forever, we didn’t get out of there until 10:00.

The food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive initially, but then got busy with other customers and forgot to put in a drink and food order. He was very apologetic and the food wand atmosphere was really good.

Lately when we go, the service is just so slow. It took forever to get our 2 glasses of wine. 1 glass came and about 10 min later, I asked where the other 2 glasses were. He then brought them out. This happened before. Also it took awhile for our server to approach us. It wasn't that busy last night. The servers are not as attentive as they used to be. This is the 3rd time it happened. We are members so we go about 4 times a year, mainly when we get a reward. The membership is increasing so we may decide to stop it.
