The food was delicious. Our waiter was attentive initially, but then got busy with other customers and forgot to put in a drink and food order. He was very apologetic and the food wand atmosphere was really good.

Lately when we go, the service is just so slow. It took forever to get our 2 glasses of wine. 1 glass came and about 10 min later, I asked where the other 2 glasses were. He then brought them out. This happened before. Also it took awhile for our server to approach us. It wasn't that busy last night. The servers are not as attentive as they used to be. This is the 3rd time it happened. We are members so we go about 4 times a year, mainly when we get a reward. The membership is increasing so we may decide to stop it.

The food and drinks were great but I was disappointed with how long it took for our food to come out. I’ve been to the restaurant many times and this was not the best visit. I plan to return but I feel like I need to be dazzled.

Service on Father’s Day was extremely poor. I don’t know if they were unstaffed but it seems like no one was interested in providing good service. I have been a customer for years. The food is good and the ambiance is good. Great location and parking.

Hello, I have enjoyed this establishment for it's great wine, food quality and ambiance. This past reservation did not hit the mark. We were seated in the bar area with a slow service level, food quality was less than average (doughnuts were ordered and should be taken off the menu as they were greasy and had no flavor, the caprese flatbread was overloaded with pesto, the bbq chicken salad was missing avocado, etc.) We made the most of the experience given it was Father's Day but we won't be back.

I have been to this restaurant twice before and this was a very different experience-and very bad. We were seated at a table too close to another table where a baby had spilled food all over the floor despite the restaurant being relatively empty. Two members of my party kept having to move for the numerous waitstaff that had to come in and clean up. We never received the bread we had in the past. Our waiter rarely appeared- our second round of drinks came out after the food and we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes for the check. The food was still good but I’m not sure I will return to a place with such bad service for the prices charged.
