Outdoor dining, 59°, windy, 15 minutes to get a server, ours was busy with a large party (we had reservations for over a week)-not our problem-poor managing of reservation-host was making excuses, another server in the adjacent section took great care of us (Jojo was wonderful!) We left as soon as we finished our meal. Oh, a squirrel jumped onto the seat next to us-the restaurant should discourage the feeding of wildlife-unsanitary while eating.
This wasn't my first experience with poor service from wait staff. An office happy hour, in non-COVID times, had trouble being attended to with many of us guests taking turns going in and tracking down our server-for refills, utensils/napkins, to order coffee/dessert.
Nice place to go if you're prepared to be ignored. It seems if you're a wine member, you get better treatment.
The service started out well but our orders were mixed up and, although we asked for separate checks, we were given one bill. Around that point, our server disappeared. Another server came over and straightened things out
Our server was excellent. I can’t remember his name. Alex? The food was great. I haven’t had a bad meal here yet. Was a great afternoon!

Noise level was high from traffic, since we ate outside. But everything else was great.
Outside dining was warm and not too busy on a Monday night. Very enjoyable.

The food was good, no complaints, would not have changed anything. The service was atrocious. Surly, unsmiling, waiter, slow service, had to ask multiple times for items. We told them we were celebrating a birthday, they did zero, nothing. Probably should not have tipped 20%, they won't get the message.

We were at Coopers Hawk for nearly 3 hours. It took about 45 minutes to get our bill once we asked for it. We sat outside and asked if we could get moved into the sun, however there were no tables available. Eventually we saw people with heaters and asked for one. Our server did not come back to check on us frequently. We spent a lot of time waiting.
Everything was great except for the hostess. She was not friendly, did not greet us and spoke at all. She seemed to be the exception. Hopefully management will read this and give the lady some much needed training. We were there thursday April 8, 2021 for lunch.
I've always had very positive experiences at Cooper's Hawk. Friendly, professional staff, and great food, wine and atmosphere.

Was just ok.. experience ok, service ok, food ok. Nothing memorable. The barramundi I ordered was good, the server did not have it spiced up as I requested, although she said she would. She seemed a bit on autopilot.
Food was too salty, giber rice did not have any ginger taste. Fish itself was good and cooked right.
Might go back but not among restaurants I would recommend.
We love this restaurant it was so nice to be able to go out again. We enjoyed everything.

We had a server who let us know it was her first day. She did fine but was surprised when we order a bottle of Rose only to be told it was sold out. We were surprised since there was not many people in the restaurant due to the pandemic.
I order the grilled salmon with spinach, thin sliced potato's with San Marzano tomato's. The dish was excellent and cooked to perfection. I would order it again. My friend order the ravioli special and she raved about the dish. Coopershawk did a great job with social distancing people and I plan on going back again,
The service was superb as was the food. Always pleasing.
We had a great time. Our server stopped serving us after dessert but we stayed anyhow.
The waiter was great he paid attention to our needs and filled our glasses with water and soda without having to call him over to the table
I am a wine club member and eat here all the time, but today just a simple blue cheese hamburger for lunch with French fries, both are so salty and was hard to eat.
I was in hurry so did not have time to complaint.

Very pleasant experience. Requested a table on the patio. Our waitress was extremely helpful. The food was plentiful and amazing.
