    The Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Cashews, Mint, Sweet Thai Chili, Sesame-Sriracha Aioli was amazing; as was the Braised Short Ribs. The meat melted in your mouth. Such flavors! I will definitely be coming back.

    Food is very good. Hubs and I ordered the crispy brussels (divine!), the grouper, pork belly, and a few flights. The waiter and head chef were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

    We waited 20 min for cocktails, 20 min to get a box and addit 20 min for dessert. Food was mediocre and service practically non-existent. Parking is horrendous

    Wedding anniv dinner. Steaks were perfect, barrel reserve red always good, and the chocolate cake was yummy. Only drawback is it's usually pretty loud.

    We sat outside so it wasn't too noisy as there weren't many people stationed there. The one thing I would suggest is to figure out how to scrub off the left over stickers that are on the table. Definitely makes it feel the tables aren'tclean. Food was great as was out Sauv Blanc.

    Unusual experience at CH. Server was irritable and unfriendly. Actually asked for an new server. The server that took over was excellent and very friendly! Food was just ok…under cooked…over saturated…and even out of some items. Drinks were ok. Last call was at 9:30pm.,,just an odd experience overall. Chalking it up to an off night.

    Sadly, the food wasn’t the usual top notch. Chicken in both the jambalaya and piccata were rather rubbery. The waiter was a bit overly attentive with extra unnecessary chatter. Otherwise, the atmosphere and wine was great.

    We’ve only had a good experience at the Reston location maybe once. We only went there because they had a reservation that fit our time but this location needs to train their staff to be more customer friendly. I felt like I was treated as if I couldn’t afford to be there, the server didn’t even come back to offer more water mid meal. Terrible service at the front when checking in, they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk walk up to the desk.

    We had a relaxing family dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Low key and enjoyable. Cooper's Hawk is our go to. Recommend making reservations.

    Cooper’s is a great restaurant for good food, and good wine paired with the perfect ambiance. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their menu and wine offerings. They’re personable and ALWAYS have great customer service.

    The food is always very good, and the service is always good too. But the service last night went way above and beyond. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Not hovering, but extremely attentive and accommodating. It had been too long since we had all gotten together with everything that happened over the last several years, and we were not rushed and allowed to just enjoy the evening.

    The women at the front desk were so nice and very accommodating; they seated me while I waited for the rest of my party. Our server, Miki, was really personable and had answers to all our questions. She checked on us regularly, and we enjoyed meeting her. She is an excellent representative for Cooper’s Hawk. Thank you!

    The service was terrible. It took 30 minutes for our waitress to bring us a bottle of wine. She didn't know anything on the menu and never refilled our waters or asked if we needed anything after our food was served. We ordered a dessert and after waiting 50 minutes, we had to ask the bar staff to bring it out. I was extremely disappointed by our server and her lack of attention. The food was good and the drinks were good but unfortunately I'm not sure I want to go back given how awful the service was.

    It’s was busy as usual but the food at this location was not very good. I got two bite into my Prime Rib sandwich and hit gristle and fat. Opened my sandwich and that was throughout. I stopped there. My husbands Jambalaya taste like tomato paste. We had the same meals in MD several times and it was great. The waiter was chaotic and didn’t really stop unless flagged down several times. Not sure I’ll come back to this location.

    We really like going to Coopers Hawk, but the last couple of times we've been there the service has been slow and last night the food was rather bland. Also, the noise level in the restaurant makes it hard to have a conversation.

    The wine tasting before dinner made the whole experience feel like a relaxing event. The food was great and the service fabulous. Our waiter Tia made the whole dinner a fine dining experience.

    Service was great as was the atmosphere. Location and parking in RTC was great. Salmon entree was overcooked to the point of being mushy and the glaze was overly sweet. My lunch partners entree was good. He ate the entire meal! Overall, I was a little disappointed in the food but since this was a business lunch I wouldn't make a big deal of it.

    Poor service, so loud in dinning are and our server barely spoke above a whisper, we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Slow service and my filets were overcooked. Disappointing, on another note, Sommeliers for tastings very pleasant even with the busy atmosphere.

    It is hard to get five stars out of us. But Coopers Hawk is on the short list of restaurants on our Metro DC Dining List. The wine list is superb, the pairings are spot on, the service is consistently good, as is the food.
