Fabulous as always. One of my favorite places to eat locally, and the wine and Sangria is always amazing.

We were a party of 9, upon request they moved us to a table of preference, good service amiable servers only complain that the service was very slow, our desserts came nearly 40 minutes after the order. We were there from 4:30 till 8:30pm, couple of folks had to leave and couldn't stay back for the dessert. Wish they can improve or fasten their service. Food and wines were delectable.

Delicious food, great service! Just wish it was a little less noisy. We were seated near the kitchen area which makes it a bit difficult to have a nice chat while dining.

Come here for wine and that’s it. Food is mediocre, we ordered asian pork that was dry, shrimp that was somewhat fishy (like it’s been sitting a few days old), crab cakes were alright. Tried ordering banana dessert but 2 desserts that have some banana are out, switched to creme brulee which was so so. Server did not let us pay for the dessert, which we are thankful. The only saving grace was their extensive wine menu.

It was our daughter’s birthday. Our server just ignored it, but she was busy. Asked about the special — how was it, and she said she didn’t know, she had not had it. “Its basically just fried pork”. Call me crazy but that didn’t sound so good. We asked to see a dessert menu, and it never came. Good food... mediocre service.

Wine tasting option is fun. Food was very slow to come out although our server was great. Wine is decent, food is very average. Gloppy sauces, over dressed salads, not fresh and healthy. Would recommend for drinks only.

We're new to Cooper's Hawk. Just discovered it. I think this was our fourth time. We love the concept of integrating a Napa Valley style wine tasting room with a restaurant. An excellent restaurant. The wines are out of this world. They deliver the notes like surgical precision. Very interesting concept. I love how all the foods on menu has a wine pairing code. Moreover, a very detailed explanation of each wine. Both visual and descriptive. Maybe after 50 years, I'll finally learn my wines.

My only gripe is, you have to put up with noise and crowd. A good thing is clearly happening.

Two thumbs up to our wonderful waiter, Monica.

All good - except food was served way too quickly - there wasn’t time to just enjoy a few moments sipping wine between the appetizer and dinner course. WIter John was excellent.

Meh. I had the crab cakes and despite our waiter's comments about there being minimal filler, they were mushy with barely any lump crab meat. The wine was average at best. Lastly, our waiter appeared to have a cold and blew his nose in a napkin at our table. He said it was allergies but it just really turned us off for the rest of the meal. For the price, there are much better options out there.

Brought my mother for her Birthday dinner on a Wednesday. Quite busy. My mother ordered a nice glass of Meritage to accompany her meal. Our food was delivered from the kitchen, but no sign of our waiter, so no wine. We waited. Asked the hostess walking by, waited some more. Manager did come by. He did apologise and comped the wine, but would have preferred to have our wine come with our food.

The food and wine were good, but not the best place for people with dietary restrictions other than gluten (I think they have a GF menu). We mentioned our food allergies up front and felt as though we were inconveniencing them. I mean, we are, but just don't make us feel like it. Also, didn't really feel like they put in much effort with the substitutions we had to make. Just steamed veggies, no seasoning or anything else on them. Meh.

Gathered with friends for a retirement celebration that included a gift membership to the wine club. We had lots of fun. Celebrated with sparkling, our friends got to try different flights and we had a bottle with dinner. Part of the part was vegetarian, others health conscience, and we all found items to eat that were delicious and satisfying. Zachary the waiter took good care of us. He found the perfect balance of being available and helpful yet leaving us space & time to enjoy our celebration

We met up with friends from Williamsburg and stayed much longer than we intended. The waitress was outstanding. She checked in on us appropriately and did not make us feel rushed. She went out of her way to accommodate us. We had a truly outstanding time this past Friday.

We really enjoyed our time at Cooper Hawk- wish it could have been less crowded with big afterwork tables. our waiter was attentive but swamped. We had to wait a longer than needed to place our orders. Our drink order was mixed up, but the staff recovered quickly and beautifully. Perhaps two or three more people on staff (and someone may have called in sick). Was a little disappointed that when we checked in early and went to the tasting table, in full view of the hostess (and 2 others) 6 feet away, they did not text me that our table was available sooner. I had to go up and ask. A very enjoyable evening, just a few service misses.

Parking was a challenge, there was a valet sign absent the vAlet , handicap parking was quite a distance from the entrance. Enjoyed the ambiance of the store, bar and the restaurant. We had a very comfortable booth for the 4 of us. Great for talking. Our 2 shared appetizers were plenty for the table, Brussel sprouts were tasty but the calAmari needs to be re thought ... rings of squid in tempura with honey or a concoction of a sweet glaze . My friend had surf and turf ( filet medallions and crb cake) but he felt it was over priced for what was served. Our other friend had a grouper smothered in sauce ... she made no comment either way , my other friend had a salad with steak on it and said it was ok, nothing to write home about. I had. Wedge salad with too much balsamic but plenty of blue cheese and bacon. My jambalaya was tasty, lots of shrimp, and priced just. Little high . Our shared dessert of graham cracker crust banana something had great crust and that’s it the filling was not memorable. Did enjoy some wine tasting but I think tasting and appetizers will be it for me . Compliments to the service we had, and the pretzel bread was. Nice touch !
