Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Pembroke Pines
The food was amazing, the wine was amazing, and the service was amazing. Some menu options are expensive but the quality of the ingredients is very high, so it is worth it.
Our server Jose was AMAZING !!! We will be back soon.
Our waiter was AWESOME!! I give him 5 stars ⭐️Now, the at the wine tasting there was a lady server who was horrible! She was super rude and told me to wait in a very nasty manner. My friend later asked for a menu- she said wait I’m busy. Really?! I’m not sure I will ever do wine tasting again after the horrible experience. I must say, a guy by the name of Rafael served us after all the hassle- he was phenomenal. That First Lady who wears a braid and is very tan- needs to be FIRED! Not a people person whatsoever.
It was very busy. The service great
Going away dinner for my son.
We normally have a great experience here. However, on this visit I was using my birthday reward and announced that when the server arrived to the table. I did not get a happy birthday, not even an acknowledgement. I ordered the Parmesan crusted scallops and was completely disappointed with the portion size. The scallops were literally the size of dimes and nickels and there were 5 of them. The seasoning and flavor were excellent- but the portion was not worth $28. I shared my disappointment with the server who apologized but did nothing about it. I subsequently went to the manager who told me he would let the chef know. Really? That’s all you do for a wine club member and frequent visitor- or anyone for that matter? We still purchased a couple of bottles of excellent wine on our way out. The only bright star here was the young woman who checked us out by the truffle case. I asked how I could get my concerns to upper management after I felt I had no resolution at the restaurant. She not only apologized for the experience and provided that information but also gave us each a complimentary truffle to show that Coopershawk really does care and doesn’t want us leaving on a bad note. Kudos to her for taking customer service seriously! That small gesture meant a lot.
The whole experience was great. My server Jesus was great, very kind. This was my second time with my boyfriend. And both time we can't wait to go back. The wine selection is amazing.
Excellent visit with my family and enjoy the meal . It was an excellent choice to celebrate my birthday
Excellent service and value! Brought a large party for work and the service was on point. The large menu meant something for everyone. This is a newer restaurant and the staff seem genuinely happy to work there!
Delicious food, great service, wonderful time with friends and family. Recommend the wine club. there is always new wines to try
Delicious food and terrific service. We’ll be back.
Great food and ambiance and excellent server -Giovanni
Our server Amy is GREAT. Very attentive to our needs. The BEST!!
Food was great!
Jesus, our server was excellent!
For a restaurant that showcases its wines, they did not know how to properly serve the wine at the correct temperature. My husband I ordered their highest priced blend and it was at room temperature and was not a generous pour.
The Brussels sprout appetizer was cold and not cooked enough.
The salmon entree was just average and I needed to ask for sauce because it was dry.
It was not a good value for the price charged. I don’t plan on going back.
My second time and was as good as the first! Have already told friends and family. Looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.
The food was delicious like always. Our server had a great personality which made our lunch even better.
Love Coopers! Food is always great! Service good and wine delicious!
Our first visit and we will return. We couldn't get in on a Friday at our preferred time, 7 pm, which was surprising as we were there eating at that time and there were quite a few open tables. But all-in-all, it was a good evening.
Restaurant is very noisy maybe a week night would be better
I ordered the short ribs, my carrots were undercooked. Too salty.
Napa Valley experience in Pembroke Pines - the food and spirits are amazing. Cost is a little high but it's worth it. I think it's the best restaurant in the City. Advice: reservations are required. Open Table had time slots available when the restaurant didn't. Making the reservation via google (in partnership w Open Table) was fast and easy.
Great food and even better wine. Fun date night.
This is my favorite place to eat and share great time with friends and family!!!
The food was good when we finally got it right, but our service was not very great. First they didn’t bring us silverware and we had to wait as our appetizer got cold, then they didn’t give us bread and we couldn’t find the server. Finally they brought our meals at all different times and we had to send back the filet we ordered medium rare because it came out well done after being 15 minutes delayed to start and yet again we couldn’t find our server who only had 2 other tables next to us. Overall we would probably go back again, but hopefully the service improves considerably!
Love the food and service thanks to our waiter she was on point took the time to show us the new spring menu with the new items.
The food was delicious and the ambiance was great. The service was efficient and friendly.
Food was not prepared properly. Steak was suppose to be medium rare and came well done. Rigatoni was suppose to have sausage and did not. Kids orders were bland.
I would recommend the restaurant for wine tasting but the food was bland and had no flavor.
A wonderful Mother's Day atmosphere. Superb service from Laurie and a very good meal.
Food was horrible on Mother's Day! Terrible service!
Drinks 🍷, Food 🥘 and Service was fantastic. You may get overwhelmed with the selection of drinks. Quite pricey but definitely worth every penny.
Great wine, great food, and great service.
Went there for Mother’s Day (early). Third time here, food and service always amazing. Kristin brought us a taste of the sommelier’s red Bordeaux-style blend. I got that, it was very nice. My wife got a nice sparkling.
The food is reasonably priced and wonderful. I got shrimp and pasta (a new addition to menu) and she got chicken piccata. The portions are reasonably sized; by that, I mean they are not huge, but instead, just enough to fill you up without wasting food. I like that as I would rather pay for quality than quantity.
Only thing I’d complain about (a minor beef really) is the noise level. But it wasn’t super bad and we had a great time.
Our server Kristin was great We love coming here. Maybe sometime we’ll get an Uber and order a whole decanter of red!
Birthday celebration - it was perfect!
Wonderful looking forward to taking my father on Father’s Day as well
Poor service sat at table no waiter came to service us we had to ask after 20 minutes
Waitress was great! Time that it took for our appetizers and food to come out was unacceptable! Tables dirty at time of seating including napkins, food, etc. on the floor. Watched them clean other tables and that answered that question very poor. We were not the only ones dealing with the delays we saw other patrons going thru the same thing. One and Done at the Pembroke Pines location Doral is much better.
I have sent a lot of clients here, I decided to go on my birthday for the first time and I was pleased with the service and the food was also pretty nice as well. However I would prefer the booth over the seating for two and that wasn’t available according to our host, other than that it was great!
Food was great as usual, and Britney the server always goes out of her way to make our meal enjoyable! We never feel rushed when we dine here.
