Second time at this location and the service is incredibly slow. Waited 10 minutes just to see a dessert menu. Every step took so long

Not a good experience. I booked this reservation at 10 pm on Open Table for a post college graduation celebration. During the graduation ceremony, Cooper la Hawk called me to inform me that if I didn’t arrive by 9:45, they wouldn’t allow us to be seated. It TOTALLY ruined our post graduation pictures and mood. Our server was great, but out of 9 of us, she forgot one our drinks. Our food was also overcooked (all of our steaks were more well done than medium rare) and the chicken dishes were dry. It’s a fine restaurant, but we won’t be going back. Don’t trust them if you need a reliable venue for a celebration. I only chose them due to their proximity to UCF and the fact that they had a 10pm opening.

Service and food was amazing! It was super loud in the bar area! Very hard to have a conversation!! Our server, was super nice and kept up with the pace as it was very busy! I wish I could recall her name she was working very hard! Kudos

Meal was great other than being out of the entree we wanted. Coffee was cold, not tepid but actually cold and weak. Restaurant was out of featured dessert as well. Our reservation was at 7:15. Also, very weird we had to ask for water and it was explained to us that was now a standard practice. Can’t imagine a place that serves wine and alcohols would make you ask for water. We will be back as have eaten at this location many times and the meals have been good. Just dropped the ball this time.
