    Great in all respects! Amanda did a great job! Food was delicious, as was the dessert and the dessert wines. We all enjoyed the evening a lot.

    The waiter, Gabriel, was great. The food service was super slow. It took quite a long time for our entrees to come out. We also placed a takeout order when our entrees came out and waited forever after we finished our meals.

    I used to love Coopers Hawk but sadly it’s has gone downhill. We had reservations for a high top in the bar, when we arrived we were told the high tops were first come first serve, okay no big deal. They said they didn’t have a high top available but I pointed out that they did have one open that just needed cleaned. She said they would clean it and we could sit shortly. We waited 25 minutes for them to clean off the table then were handed menus and told to set ourselves. Food was terrible, medium cooked burger was burnt to a crisp. Service was really slow to the point where the table next to us even said to the server “I thought you went home.” We were there for over 3 hours! Service and quality of food does not seem to be their top priority. Such a shame.

    I reserved 2 seats for the bar seating through Open Table. When I arrived, I was told the bar seating is first come first serve. Therefore I had nowhere to sit. Cooper's Hawk/Open Table must make it more clear that there is no reserved seating in the bar. Very annoying to find that out when I got there. Despite this, it is a great venue, great atmosphere, etc. I recommend it! Just be aware of the "reservation" policy.

    Had a business lunch...the service a bit slow, but once our order was taken, the server did a fine job. Food was very good. I had a burger, and it was cooked as requested.

    The appetizers were pretty good. The steak was over done, the grouper was very oily, the asparagus was cooked to perfection. The wine was superb. Our waiter was ok. He tried.

    Our waiter wasn’t as attentive as he should’ve been. I had to keep asking for things, and it always took 15-20 minutes to bring what we asked for. I won’t be returning for a while. Plus my rice was undercooked in my jambalaya.

    The food and service was incredible. Our sever was fantastic. It is unfortunate that some gentleman do not understand that it is not appropriate to wear a baseball hat at a nice restaurant. There perhaps need a sign asking gentleman to remove their hats!

    The wasn't great nothing like I expected for their st Patrick's meal had to send my food back. When my food came back it was even worse. The manager end up comp my meal. My meal was the corned beef sliders and it looked like they gave me scrapes, the second time they just gave me thick pieces of corned beef.

    Really bad experience at one of my faves…hopefully a one off. From the server to the service horrible experience. Left hungry with only appetizers because we waited so long and were ignored by the server most of the night.

    I made this reservation for my birthday. It was a holiday so I understand the busy atmosphere but our waiter was intentionally avoiding our table because our food wasn’t ready after 2 hours of being there. We arrived at 6:45 and didn’t receive our wine for thirty minutes. My two year old didn’t even get his French fries until the manager came to our table and informed us our food was still not ready. I ordered the jambalaya and the rice was so hard and crunchy that the manager put another order in. My dads broccoli was burnt but the food was cold when we received it. When we told the waiter he said the broccoli is usually charred but this was beyond charred. I have heard great things about this restaurant and wanted to love it but I will never be returning. I did enjoy my drink the peach sangria.

    Leave the corned beef alone! Stick to your regular stuff! Corned beef meal was awful! Everything about it! But service was great as usual. They didn’t charge me . I ordered the bisque soup and buttermilk chicken sandwich. That was good!

    Our evening was lovely. Our server, James, suggested a flight of wine, and we really enjoyed tasting all the different whites. Our food came out quickly and was delicious and plentiful. James checked back with us throughout our meal to see if we needed anything, and he also suggested a wonderful dessert. Our experience was great, especially enhanced by James' level of service.

    First time at this location and it was phenomenal. The food was excellent. Our waitress was wonderful. My fiancée is currently pregnant and we bought a bottle of wine for her to have after the baby is born. Will definitely be back again.

    My husband and I anniversary was March 14th. We had a pleasant experience with Cooper’s Hawk and Winery. Walking in the door was a great first impression, nice ambiance, and excellent customer service. Our waiter was very nice and professional. The food was delicious and came out really quick. I highly recommend with a 5 Star

    I love that everyone works together it was my daughter birthday and they cared that we enjoyed our evening. we had a late reservation, and they ensure that we did not rush our evening and enjoy ourselves. I will go back again. great staff.

    Our server was Mya T and she was amazing. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable/helpful with wine and food options. Everyone's meals were delicious. Fish and Betty's potatoes were sub for fries. Dana's parmesan chicken was very light and tasteful.

    Good experience dining for the first time at Cooper's Hawk, however, there was a fruit fly problem. When we asked our waiter (nice guy) to remove fly from glass, the wine was dumped out and a new glass was given, but wine wasn't comped. Full glass lost from bottle purchased. We didn't bring the fruit fly with us, so...not a good resolution to the issue. Food was above average. Would dine there again.

    Service was not good, however, we understand that it’s difficult to get people to work during these times. There was no offer to refill drinks and meals came out one of the time going to different tables know when you wear the meals were supposed to go.

    The staff at the check in desk were welcoming and friendly. Our server, Moose, was excellent and our meals were delicious. It was a wonderful evening celebrating a birthday!

    We have had better experiences here in the past. My wife had ask for the dressing to be on the side of her dinner salad. But it came out with dressing on the salad and on the side. Service seemed slow for being there early before the dinner crowd appeared. Our server was great just not sure why it was so slow. We will be back as this was our only off night.

    On our monthly date for lunch or dinner at Cooper’s Hawk. We are wine club members so pick up our wine at the same time. Eager to try the dinner special ravioli with braised beef short rib and it did not disappoint.

    We always have a good experience at Coopers Hawk! The staff is friendly and nice to talk to. The only thing I would say would be the hostess was not friendly at all. We made sure to make a reservation and came just before the lunch rush started. She seemed super annoyed by us and was very rude. She could have been having a bad day, which I totally understand. We just have ran into this before at this location and really try to be as low key as possible. But we didn’t want to take away anything from the rest of the staff! The food is so good and of course, the wine hits the spot.

    The service was the slowest and worst I’ve experienced in quite a while. Even with 4:00 reservations, we had a 20 minute wait and once seated, another 15 minutes until someone waited on us. The server never brought an ordered Diet Pepsi. With all being said, the atmosphere and food was good.

    Saturday evening dining is a no go. I do like the place but the service was awful. Seemed like my server had an attitude any time we asked for something, even though it wasn't that often because hardly anyone came to the table. It took 25 mins for us to get water, silverware came after our food had been on the table for 10 mins. My entree vegetable was out of stock so they just decided not to even put veggies on my plate. When I asked he left for 30 mins, brought me not what I asked for, and told me there's nothing he could do but didn't ask of I wanted another veggie option. The Wine is excellent, the price is fair and I would come back just not at that time on that day.
