It’s a word, Cooper’s Hawk was terrific. My wife and I dine here monthly or so, and this time we departed from our usual favorites to try new offerings. We shared an order of potstickers, which were unbelievably delicious. She then opted for chicken Madeira and I chose chicken risotto. We shared tastes, and both were amazingly wonderful. Great flavor, and in generous amounts. New and interesting flavors. As members of the wine club, we chose the Chardonnay as our monthly selection, and it was terrific. Our server, Rodney was personable, helpful, attentive, and a wonderful person. We enjoyed talking to him, sharing personal stories, and discovering the workings of the restaurant. We had a highly enjoyable, relaxed dinner. We obviously plan to continue to be regular customers here and look forward to our next visit.

The mani mani mahi dinner was excellent. It was served in a delicious sauce with capers. Brocolli & mashed potatoes were also part of the dinner. Mahi mahi is a dry fish but the sauce made it less so. The drunken shrimp appetizer, my favorite, was delicious as usual. The wait person , Megan, took excellent care of us. Even went out of the way to get one of the tvs in the bar area to show the hockey game. Initially she was told it couldn’t be done.

Had reservations at 7pm got seated at 740 ridiculous. Food very good. Service great Jacob our waiter outstanding.

We had an earlier reservation so it wasn’t quite as busy as later evening would be. The food was above average and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service started out well but after the initial order was taken we felt a little left alone. The server was friendly but wasn’t as attentive as one would expect in an upscale setting. Would repeat based on the overall experience though.

We had to wait almost 40 minutes for the food. During that time we had to ask for bread and the kids food was the last to arrive. We told our waiter that we were celebrating a birthday. He did nothing to help us celebrate. We love Cooper’s hawk but this was horrible service and took forever.
