Our waitress was very nice but the service was extremely slow! Took over 30 min to get our bottles of wine . We asked to try the wine of the month and we had to ask again. Food is always wonderful! First time at this location, we heard service was slow and that was confirmed after this visit. They really need to work on this.

My wife and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here. The food and drink were exceptional. Trevor was our server for the evening. He was very helpful with wine selections and recommendations from the menu. We had outdoor seating and the only drawback was the traffic noise from Rt 30. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

We had a reservation but still waited till over 25 mins for our table. The servers was friendly but lacked in attention to detail. We asked for a second bread and never received. The food served was Luke warm not hot. We waited for our check for awhile. Then since it was a special occasion when we were getting ready to leave then the server brought the candy and candle. It was way too late since my husband was already upset that we waited for the server to pick up the payment. Very disappointing in service and food being cold/ Luke warm.

Another great meal at Cooper's Hawk....flatbread appetizer and two great Gnocchi meals! We can always count on getting a great meal at Coopers Hawk....service was good despite the crowd and noise level was manageable....always appreciate the managers coming around and checking on the food and service!

It was my mom’s birthday and the waiter forgot. She didn’t get a birthday dessert, we just had to order dessert ourselves. The waiter also forgot to bring us our drinks and we had to remind him after waiting 15-20min.

Always a pleasure to go to Cooper’s hawk. Ate on the patio today and it was very comfortable however there was two females sitting behind us that were very loud. We probably should have gone to another table.
