We love this location. Our service Alex was great and the food was good. But the service to get the food always takes over an hour which is disappointing but overall it’s a great experience.

We love Cooper's Hawk in Naperville. This Montgomery location has some kinks to work out in the service department. Ticket times were running over 30 minutes. We sat at the bar, and it took 20 minutes to get our first drink. The two bartenders were very busy handling orders from the servers in the dining room, at the expense of people actually sitting at the bar. The food is excellent, but the cocktails are not mixed properly. I had the Lemon Drop martini (my fav at the Naperville location), but this was mixed way too sweet. Overall, a fair experience, but there is lots of room for improvement on service to be on par with Naperville.

Finally got seated at 6:15 for a 6 PM reservation. At 6:55 our waitress came out and said that there was a mixup in the kitchen and that our food would be late. 7:30 hit and I told my wife we’re leaving. All we got was a free dessert and appetizer for next time. Wasted and hour and a half of our time and they didn’t even feel bad about it.

A great first visit to ths open table location. Our server, Royanna was awesome...very friendly, attentive, helpful. She was really what made for the five star overall rating

Ordered a flatbread appetizer and gnocchi Carbonara. My wife ordered the chicken pot stickers. All of our food was both delivered timely and hot. Service was great despite the restaurant being fairly crowded. All in all, another great dinner at Coopers Hawk!
