    We always enjoy going to Coopers Hawk at Liberty Township. Great place to catch up with friends over a great meal and and glass of wine.

    Our dining experience was a disappointment this time. We waited an hour to get the food and the server was inattentive and forgot to bring wine and beverages and even silverware. The food was good once we got it.

    The food is always good at this one and the service is as well. This was the first time we had Jordan T as our server. She was EXCELLENT!! They are lucky to have her.

    As always, Cooper's Hawk @Liberty exceeded our expectations. We started off with a wine tasting and finished with a delicious meal. If only we'd had room for dessert.

    Had dinner with two siblings, and my daughter for a belated Thanksgiving. The service is always outstanding. Like everything the prices have gone up, which made me sad to pay over $100 for one glass lower priced wine, two meals that were averaged price, and no dessert. I will definitely go back because the food is excellent and hope I can find some lower priced options.

    I ordered a salmon plate with mash potatoes and it wasn’t that good. The waitress was taking care of so many tables but she did a great job taking care of us. I had 4 tastings available and I couldn’t get the few wines that I like for a glass. Not very happy with the wine experience.

    We were disappointed because they were out of white meat turkey for the Thanksgiving dinner, and the first course. They said it’s because we had a late reservation. It seems that since the reservations are in the count for the day it should be expected to serve the courses til the end. Our server was very kind and good.

    It was great the food and drinks was delicious. Unfortunately I got sick and had to have the life squad come and take me out but the staff was excellent they took good care of me while waiting for help to arrive . They was also great to my family. Will definitely be back to enjoy another meal sometime!!!!

    We 2 bottle members. Normally love eating at CH. Last night was a total disaster. Waited 15 minutes to see server. Asked to taste December wine several times. We ordered the Thanksgiving special. Our entree arrived before our soup. When I asked about it, server said she would bring it after we ate. I asked if we could just take it to go at the end of our meal. We ordered a bottle of wine. It arrived about 20 minutes later when we were half way through our dinner. Server asked if we wanted our dessert to go as well. We told her no, we would have it with the other half of our wine bottle. Several minutes later she arrived with a bag and asked if there was anything else we needed. I asked for our dessert only to be told that she boxed it to go. I spoke with Trent the house manager and explained our disapointment with the service. Now I will be back as we love CH, but never on a holiday.

    Went to Celebrate Thanksgiving, the Thanksgiving meal special was dissapointing. The meals came to the table cold. The server replaced the meals however those meals were only barely warm. The Manger appolized but never returned to check on things. Grandma decided to just bring her meal home so she could warm it up later in her microwave. I don't think she will want to return to Cooper's Hawk. Unfortunate, we had always had excellent meals in the past.

    Ordering the Thanksgiving meal was easy and very good. However, my party ordered from the regular restaurant menu do to being medically gluten free and they got one charged broccoli stalk, one tiny scoop of mashed potatoes and a bit of steak on a very big plate. That meal did not look good because the presentation was missing the element of being a special Thanksgiving meal it appeared so tiny on their big plate compared to my full course Thanksgiving meal.

    Our service on Thanksgiving was wonderful. I had medallions and mashed potatoes and asparagus it was really good. Had 3 different cheeses on top of medallions. My husband had the pasta and it was wonderful too. You also get a loaf of pretzel bread. Ask for marinara sauce for dipping. Yummy! Thanks to all who worked on Thanksgiving.

    First time visiting & other than a slight table mix up at the beginning it was great. Rose was our server & she was super attentive & friendly. My husband said his mahi mahi was slightly overcooked but overall would definitely be second visit worthy.

    First and foremost, once again Naja was fantastic and made this experience as amazing as it could be. She is absolutely amazing. As for food, most items are great, but the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak is awesome, but it is very frustrating that 2 of the 3 times I have ordered it, there is no way that steak was over 6oz, which makes it ridiculously expensive for what you get. I feel like they are service the surf and turf portion which is not right or do. Over all, it’s all about Naja for us.

    The filet medallions were outstanding as usual but my husband and our guest had the pistachio crusted grouper and they were underwhelmed. The crust was more like a sauce and there was way too much covering the grouper, and there was no “crust” or flavor per se to the sauce. They didn’t complain or send it back but they kept saying next time they will get the filet medallion’s because that is always consistently outstanding.

    I am 13 days out from knee replacement. Host could have sat us closer to entrance. We literally passed 3 empty booths to be sat in booth near kitchen. LONG walk for me. Btw, 2 of those 3 booth remained empty. Just be more aware, please. Our server was AJ. Nice job. Attentive without hovering. Food was brought by runners. Again, good job. Calamari (glad to see its back!) good could have used a little more batter. Mushroom flatbread, add bacon, very tasty, though lots of oil in the plate. Not grease, oil. Meatballs, amazing. All in all, great appetizer meal. Fun was had by all.

    My mahi mahi was overdone. For a Sunday night it was very loud. I think the food is overpriced for what you get. Others at the table felt the food was ok but not exceptional. The seafood, lobster bisque was bland, I’ve had much better.

    Tables are well spaced and for larger groups like we had there are recessed areas so it is quieter. We had a toddler in a high chair so an out of the way corner was great for us. Food was great as well as service. I would highly recommend this Cooper's Hawk location.
