The meal was great. The experience went downhill when the server charged my membership card on file for my meal, without my permission. She was given a credit card by my husband but she obviously failed to use it. This was reflected the next day when my credit card on file was overdrawn as a result. The manager on duty helped us to resolve the issue but unfortunately we were left to deal with the overdraft fees. Therefore, not a good overall experience.

Asked for no onion straws on my salad. Came with them anyway. Removed them myself only to find a big hair across the salad below. Got a replacement and an apology from the manager, but no discount. Pretty cheap. Salad was good as was our server, but far less than impressed with management.

We were on our first night out as a couple without kids for a long time. We were looking forward to a romantic atmosphere where we could talk and reconnect. We were seated at a table for two in a busy pathway with what felt like a spot lights on us. We mentioned this to our waitress, and she just laughed and said “yeah, normally the older folks like to sit here so they can see the menu” and laughed again. We would not consider ourselves in that category, so we were a bit offended. The food was wonderful and the timing of the wine flight, appetizers, entree, and dessert coming out was perfect. We just hoped to have more of an ambience for our special evening. Thanks
