We dined on a Tue night during the summer and the restaurant is located in a college town. So glad I made a reservation on OpenTable because the place was packed. Had cocktails in the bar (also packed) and sat in the dining room for dinner. Everyone on the staff is excellent. In particular our server Ryan who knew the menu, provided guidance on our choices and engaged with us with a fun and hospitable personality. The restaurant is lucky to have him. One of my favorite restaurants in the region.

Food and beverage were excellent. Noise level was so bad the waitress had to yell to be heard. Made the meal uncomfortable and less enjoyable.

Love the brussel sprout appetizer and the parmesan pretzel crusted pork chop, flavorful and delicious! Restaurant was crowded but well run. We got seated quicker than expected and wait staff although busy were attentive.

Ordered the filet - not sure what they brought out but it did not look or taste like any filet I had ever seen - . Sent it back after one bite - and I almost never send anything back - they returned shortly with a pretty good filet. Manager commented that the steaks are “prepackaged” by their supplier but still the chef should be able to select what is fit to cook and serve- my opinion the first steak should never have left the kitchen. The upside is that they corrected the situation without fuss.

Had a reservation but was still having to wait for a table to open up. Food was good but I have had better at this price point. This felt more "generic" in the food and plating. The place was way too loud and could barely hear the other person I was having dinner with at a small two person table. It's a new place and the place was packed for a Tuesday. Hopefully things calm down over time in the future.

The restaurant was backed up with people who had reservations but were unable to be seated. We waited 45 minutes beyond our scheduled reservation time to get a table.

Fantastic wine tasting experience and dinner at Cooper’s Hawk! Staff is excellent and the food was fantastic. Will be returning as a wine club member.

We enjoyed our brunch. The brisket flavors were flavorful and surprising in a good way. The smore dessert was delish, especially with the vanilla custard bottom. It's really big enough for two people. I took home a bottle of Petit Syrah wine that I enjoyed with our meal. We'd come back!
