Great Birthday Dinner Experience! I made a reservation a week in advance for a birthday celebration, and everything worked out beautifully. Although we had to wait about 10 minutes past our reservation time, that’s not unusual and didn’t dampen the experience. One of the highlights was being offered a sample of a few wines—it made choosing a glass so much easier and added a nice touch to the evening. I started with the wedge salad, which was excellent and hard to pass up. For my entrée, I had The Prime sandwich, which was very good. Next time, I might swap out the French fries for another side—not because they weren’t tasty (they started out delicious and didn’t even need ketchup!), but they cooled off a bit quickly due to the generous size of the sandwich. With two meals, two glasses of wine, and dessert, the price was exactly what you'd expect for a quality dining experience. Our waitress was friendly and patient, and the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming. My only real critique is the noise level—it was very loud, to the point of sensory overload. While you can’t control how loud guests are, I’d love to see some sound-dampening improvements in the future. Overall, a great evening and I’ll definitely be back!

Too many negatives to give a good rating. One, it was freezing cold. Two, food came out very slowly and in three deliveries to serve six people. Since I waited to take a bite until everyone had their food, mine was pretty cold. My fish was tasty if not warm, the potatoes were not warm and glazed over at first bite. Three, the whole time there was painfully noisy. It was a first time for me and some in our party enjoyed the experience. I didn't.

This is the second time we've enjoyed a very good meal at Cooper's Hawk. The taste and presentation of our appetizers and entrees were all excellent. Our service, however, was quite slow last night. We never received bread until we asked for it after our entrees were almost finished. The waitress never returned to see if we wanted to order drinks or even refill our water glasses. It was also very loud throughout the course of our stay, which is somewhat expected given how busy it was, but for an upscale dining experience, it made conversation fairly difficult.

We had a great time with great food and wine at Cooper's hawk. Our server Hector was outstanding as was Diana who we did our wine tasting with.

Either short staffed for Sunday dinner, or new crew on. Brussels sprout appetizer was served cold, service was very slow. Manager was helpful. Handprints on the glass doors leading into the tasting room could be wiped often considering three staff members were just chatting at the front desk. It would leave a good impression. We will choose another day to visit in the future.
