The acoustics in the Deer Park Restaurant are terrible. Our group and friends would eat there more often, but cannot hear above the room being so noisy.

Enjoyed the flatbread and salad combo! Generous portions and delicious flavors. And always enjoy trying new wine. Kildeer is nice location but recommend reservations as it can be busy even on weeknights.

I decided to take my wife out for her birthday & made the reservation for this location. Saturday evening was very busy and crowded. We were seated 5-10 minutes after the reservations time, after ordering our food, it took 45 minutes to receive our food (that’s way too long!) Deserts took another 30 minutes, however the hostess and floor manager apologized. We still tipped, however the hype is over, food selection was limited, small portions, and was good but not spectacular!

The food and service was wonderful. This restaurant is so much smaller than the one in Wheeling or Gurnee so it is super loud and very crowded. However, that won’t ever stop us from returning.

I was shocked how big the Lake Zurich Location was. I normally go to the South Barrington location. I The food was excellent. I felt that there were a good general variety of food and people. The restaurant was extremely clean.

Wonderful wine tasting and dining experience. Our party of five enjoyed a wine tasting before dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Dinner was great -- all of us were pleased with our dinner selections. We ended dinner with a round of truffles -- loved this end cap to dinner!

Our service was excellent. Arancini balls were disappointing but the Mahi was excellent. We really enjoy Cooper Hawk's and are wine club members there. It was our anniversary and the complimentary champagne was very much appreciated.

My reservation turned from 2 to 5 as my family surprised me on my birthday. My server was aware of my birthday and failed to use my birthday credit towards the bill and didn't bring a candle to blow out on any of the 2 deserts we ordered. Kind of disappointed as you only turn my age once in your life.

I've enjoyed Coper's Hawk for several years. The food is very well prepared and the life balance menu give my wife and I to choose meals that are good for us , as well as being very tasty. In addition, the reservation was made quickly at the time we were ready to eat.

We waited 2 1/2 hours for food. Yes, we did have a reservation. The couple behind us complained and their entire dinner was paid for. Our appetizer was paid for by the manager, which was a nice gesture. I think there should’ve been a warning of the wait time for our dinner because I don’t think we would’ve waited 2 1/2 hours for food. My husband ordered a steak medium and it came very undercooked. Just super disappointed in the experience at this location.

And we loved every minute of dining. We decided to go there a second time to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was nice to hear several people wishing her a happy birthday. And I know it may sound like such a small thing, but it's always the small things that stick out.

Never was acknowledged for our anniversary ,, I called twice.. was sat in bar.. not Romantic table in back.. I tried to interrupt server with a quick nod or gesture,, to busy talking and worrying about big tippers behind us.. food was good,, but a complete disappointment for a special day. Huge push to join wine club, which seemed nice. But not ready to commit, and felt pressure. I wouldn’t discourage people from going, but know that you’ll get adequate service and food, nothing special.

It’s a good place to eat. However, I do think it is a bit pricey, and the noise level is quite high. It’s very difficult to carry on a conversation. This particular location is very busy as I think all locations are. We had very good service. I took my family there for a family reunion dinner.

We made the reservation, and came on time but we were seated in the bar area and not in the dining room even tho the restaurant was pretty empty and when I was making reservations so many open time slots. We visit this restaurant quite often and are club members so that was the only thing that kind of bothered me, other than that place is new ( never been at this location before) and looks great, food was delicious as usual.

A few things went wrong. I asked for a different table than the one we were shown, and got a snotty attitude about that. The room was really, really loud. Our dinners were brought just minutes after they brought appetizers, and they tried to remove appetizer plate while we were still eating. I was served the wrong dinner, and was offered a salad while I waited for my correct fish, that salad never came. And it was my Birthday, which was one the open table request, and never received that. But food was good.

Celebrating anniversary and birthday party. The restaurant was very busy , waiter forgot sample drinks and then dessert. It was ok because we reminded him. Had to ask For refills of water. But food was very good.
