The skirt steak on the black and blue steak salad was so tender and delicious. The gnocchi with pancetta and chicken was addicting. We couldn’t stop eating it. Our server was amazing and he had a great sense of humor. It was a great night!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff…obviously trained very well. Impressive in these days of bad service. For this reason alone I would go back. All four of us had a fantastic meal…decent portions and very good. My new favorite restaurant!

Our server Braylynn was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Food was great, though we were sad they sold out of one of their specials, however our reservation was for 8:30pm so likely to be expected being that late. Menu has a great variety to choose from and the wine was paired well.

Normally big fans, but last night was awful. Drinks and food were so backed up, server said we were her only table but forgot to give us bread and barely checked on us. Filets came out like hockey pucks and had to be sent back which took another 15-20 minutes so half the table had to eat alone, gnocchi was overdone. Majorly disappointed from a usual go-to place we can count on.

The Dana's parmesan chicken was delicious and enough for two meals. The chicken was tender, the green beans were crisp, the cherry tomatoes were nicely flavored and the potatoes had a mild cheese flavor. I heartily recommend it.

Our mashed potatoes were cold. I got 3 cold undercooked stalkes of asparagus with my meal. My husband got 2 cold florets of broccoli with his. I ordered the filet medallions and he ordered the filet. For $100 we expected more. We have had these same meals in the past here many times. The medallions are now bite size.

Extremely great service. The appetizer was amazing. The wine was spectacular. My family enjoyed their food. I had the braised short rib risotto and it was delicious, but the downside was I had more pieces of fat than meat. Other than that it was an overall great experience.

Cocktail had to be sent back twice as it was not made to diners order (really simple straight up vodka with a twist - twice it was served with bleu cheese olives) Wine ordered did not come until we asked. It was busy but there were things that could have been better. Food was excellent.

Initially I needed a reservation for 8, but I had to put in two Mothers Day reservations for 4 ppl each. Once there I knew it wasn't a guarantee, but I asked to seat us next to each other and they accommodated us. We did wine tasting after and it was enough room for all 8 of us.

The food and service were great. We were seated close to the wine tasting area and host stand and the noise from people in the tasting area and the host stand yelling for a party because their table was ready was not exactly the ambiance we were looking for. Maybe if we were seated further back in the dining area or there was a wall to clearly separate the tasting room and drown out the noise overflowing into the dining area our overall experience would have been better.

Our evening at Cooper's Hawk was very delightful. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered patio on a warm spring evening. Our server, Mel was competent, polite, and provided excellent service. Our food - every bite - was delicious. We will certainly be back and we would highly recommend Cooper's Hawk to others looking for a nice meal out.
