    6 of us met for a ladies lunch. Our waiter was perfect and wonderful. The food was delicious as usual. We had a bottle of the Dec wine of the month and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, both delicious. As you can tell we love Coopers Hawk and will, of course be back.

    Had a birthday dinner celebration with my wife. The food and wine was wonderful… we have always had a good experience at Cooper’s Hawk. Our waitress, Brittany, was prompt, professional and very friendly. She made our dinner experience a very enjoyable time. I highly recommend this restaurant - the food, service and atmosphere are all top of the line.

    Once again- food, ambiance, wine, and our waitress Terri was amazing!!!! I had family in town from out of state, looking to impress. The GR Cooper Hawk team did not disappoint! CH= setting the bar high!

    We love Coopers Hawk! It’s our go-to for all special occasions, and they pull out all the stops for Thanksgiving! It was just like homemade. We even had leftovers! Best waitstaff too! See you in our next special day. 😊

    We had excellent service. The food was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. We were sitting in a corner which was nice because my parents have a hard time hearing. They did not have any issues in the corner.

    We visit regularly (monthly or so?) and this experience sadly fell a bit short. The food took a long time, the server (although friendly) was less attentive than we’re accustomed to and the salads were somewhat wilted. Will definitely be back, but this was not up to the standard we expect and unfortunately was in celebration of a birthday!

    The restaurant was very busy, as was expected for a Friday night. Our food had excellent flavor, but when it came to the table it was not hot, just mildly warm. Our waitress was excellent and provided amazing service.

    Incredible menu with a large variety of option and categories. Weeks special menu offered more great options to pick. Kids menu was impressive and beyond the usual Kraft Mac and cheese annoyance. The presentation of the appetizers, our entrees and the amazing taste had my teen daughter and adolescent daughter demanding we return again! Hailey E was a wonderful server~ sweet, helpful with our questions and her humor and kindness will have us request her again when we definitely return. Incredible meal; Coppers hawk has evolved since we originally tried them 10+ ago in Chicago area. It is really an Incredible chain that makes dinner an experience and a worthwhile wine club to join.

    Our waiter, Devin, was fantastic. The hostess however had given our reserved table away, so we had to be seated in the bar area at a high top. While we were lucky and got a great waiter, it was a birthday celebration and the ambiance was not what we had planned for.

    Kendall was very kind as she escorted us to our table. And Josh was a great sever. Just wish it was quieter. Also it isn’t good to assume people want a free drink to celebrate an anniversary. My boyfriend is sober. Should’ve offered a dessert as an alternative.

    Some may have trouble hiring but you would never know it here. They clearly have a good training program as well. You can see an abundance of cooks. The timing of food delivery to the table was impeccable. It was very busy ( for good reason)!

    I really love their food but.... Way too loud & too crowded for me. We had Friday night dinner with a party of 4 and my reservation was 10 minutes behind on their part. The noise level was awful and I couldn't hear a word the person across from me was saying even when almost shouting. The check in person was was rude & unwelcoming. Waitress was good but obviously overwhelmed with so many tables to tend to. Our food took forever, we were never offered a 2nd drink to order while waitimg and had to request water to be filled by another waitress. To top it off our bills were completely mixed up with wrong charges. They need heavy improvement in all areas if I am ever to recommend or patron again :(

    We were a party of 7 on a Friday night. Our server was noticeably struggling, but we know a lot of places are short staffed, so assumed she had too many tables and tried to be accommodating. We had drinks forgotten, sides left behind, just several things forgotten and missed. The food taste wise was fine, but portions were small and not worth the price tag. My potatoes were brought out luke warm rather than hot. Not a terrible experience, but we left feeling hungry and ripped off due to the price, and will not be back.
