    Our server, Kim, was outstanding. The food was really good, but Kim was the highlight of our dinner. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations for appetizers and entrees, plus she has a wonderful personality. Really good food and nice atmosphere. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back.

    It was our 49th anniversary and we had a special night. Our waitress was Kim and she made the night memorable as she wished us well and made a wine selection for me which was perfect. One of the managers stopped by to great us on our anniversary and the gifted us our glasses of wine. Best food service and kindness from all especially Kim.

    Thé ambiance of Cooper’s hawk is always lovely and the food never disappoints. I would like to recognize my server Brittany(40087)She was Amazing ! Lately places haven’t been great in the service department so we stopped dining out but Brittany made this date night very pleasant !She deserves her props !

    We were at Cooper’s Hawk for Father’s Day and, once again, we had great service and food. We know when we go to this restaurant, we can expect the staff to treat us well and have good food. We enjoy the wine tastings because the staff at the wine bar are always friendly and knowledgeable.

    Father’s Day dinner. Casey did a great job and food was excellent. A little disappointed in the lunch offering on Fathers Day of just a chicken salad as chef special. Expected a little more creativity. Seems like all the specials in recent visits have just been a standard menu offering on a different card. Don’t start getting lazy, always keep something new for regular diners. Lots of people have favorites from the regular menu so the best place to be creative is in “Chefs Selection”

    We sat outside so noise was not an issue. Our waiter was very good-congenial and prompt. However the shrimp scampi came out barely warm and they remade it and it was only slightly warmer—not hot which we would have expected. It was not very tasty for shrimp scamp-very bland. The chef needs to upgrade the recipe—add more herbs, etc to give it a boost. The manager was great—offered something to eat while we waited and was concerned for our behalf. Overall people were very good but food not. I was considering that other meals, although pricey for the quality I experienced, would not be a temptation to try again. Have a Cooper Hawk by our winter home in Bonita Springs and will try the wine bar but not eat there.

    We’ve been wine members at Cooper’s hawk for years and always had a pleasant experience, this time however, was different. The restaurant was dead with only 3-4 tables occupied when we dined, yet our server wasn’t able to even bring us our wine in a decent amount of time. After waiting almost 20 mins for our bottle we asked another staff member if we could get our bottle of wine. Obviously our server was having a hard time taking care of the 3 tables they had….yet there were staff just hanging around everywhere. I would think with the amount of money that we spend here every month that the staff would jump in to help struggling servers. It’s unfortunate how the once great experience is on the decline. This isn’t “Covid” related….there was staff just standing around not assisting.

    Never had a bad meal at Coopers Hawk Winery & Restaurant. Their wide variety of offerings - from appetizers to entrees, offer THE best in farm to table type fresh ingredient foods. Not too gourmet, not too mainstream - just right!

    My fiancée and I dined at Coopers Hawk. We’ve gone there several times and have always enjoyed the experience. Our server, Nathan, provided amazing service. Our food and wine was served with great care and the flavors were exquisite. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the restaurant.

    For a relatively "upscale" chain, it was disappointing. Our food was not cooked properly (kitchen staff error) and we had to wait a long time for general service. It seems like perhaps Cooper's Hawk is missing the mark on what they promise. It wasn't a bad experience, just not as good as we had hoped.

    We were celebrating our anniversary. The staff welcomed is, acknowledging our anniversary and gave us outstanding service. The manager and our server, Cyrus, made our visit memorable. Our meals were delicious and coopers hawk is our favorite place to dine.

    4:15 reservations, I arrived early to participate in a wine tasting. My friend and I really enjoyed the tasting. We were able to take our last two tastings to our booth. Appetizers, the wedge salad and dinner was fabulous. Our server had our meals split and served on two plates. Very nice atmosphere with high end design . I am a wine club member and feel I am definitely getting my money’s worth

    Very disappointed in the wait staff. Someone tried to process our Wine Club card we have on file, 3 times before the credit card company denied one of the purchases. Still trying to get through to Cooper’s Hawk.
