Our first time. We were excited to try as the concept and menu seemed appealing. They must have had issues in the kitchen. Many items were not available, the poor server had to go to each table to suggest other selections. Our table experience; 25 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine We were offered bread service and never received it We ordered an appetizer, salad and then main course It took 1 hour to deliver main course after finishing appetizer and salad When entrees came, my husband’s bun was ice cold on his burger and my Mary’ mashed potatoes were old and stone cold as well as my broccoli. Filet was room temp. We are restaurant owners and don’t complain but after a quick discussion amongst us we felt the manager should know as other dinners were seated after us. Kudos to our server. She looked very frustrated walking through the dinning room but pulled it together at our table. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We enjoyed her. The rest of the experience was terrible. Clearly not her fault. The manager also appeared frustrated, acknowledged our concerns and discounted our bill. ( we asked that he not do that and to please leave it as we understand a bad night). Would love to give them a try again. Hopefully I can revise this review.

Ran out of almost everything on the menu. Pasta was watery, fish wasn’t cooked well, overpriced for poor tasting food.

Service and food were excellent as always. We love taking friends and family to a wine tasting and then dinner. Always a great time!

They were extremely busy as it was Mother's Day. We arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 reservation and did not get seated until 3:45. We enjoyed our dinner and wine and left the restaurant around 5:40.

Kaley was our server. She was excellent - great demeanor and attitude, attentive. The food was good, when we finally got to eat. We were less satisfied with the timeliness. Clearly they were short-staffed, as we were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time, then waited another 40-45 minutes for our meal after ordering, though the restaurant was not completely full. Certain menu items we desired had been sold out well before we arrived, though our reservation was at 3pm. We enjoy this restaurant under everyday circumstances, but this is the 2nd occasion on which we’ve chosen it for a holiday meal and found it unprepared both times.

I have been many times to Cooper’s. I decided to take my Mother for Mother’s Day. Wrong decision. The young lady (server) did the best that she could, but she had a very unhappy table which took time away from her other tables. Since I eat with my eyes first. Presentation wasn’t the best. Taste well it fell short!!!entree wait was much too long and I cancelled the order. My mom enjoyed her Bisque so that made me happy, but that was all she had. I’ll give them another chance. But I won’t return on a Busy day again because they can’t keep up.

They Sat us an hour past our reservation time on Mothers Day. Once we were sat, the waitress told us it would be close to two hours before we would even get our meals. They did not tell us about the additional two hour wait for our meal until AFTER waiting an hour. Had we known that I never would have waited. It made Mother’s Day very frustrating. We ended up leaving and didn’t even order anything. Essentially we wasted an entire afternoon that was meant to be a really special day with my boys. I don’t understand how or why they would overbook like they did on such a big and special day for so many families.

I have been a wine club member for many years. Took my mom with reservations to eat on Mother’s Day. We were asked to wait an hour to be seated on top of being their on time . Then the entire reason my mom wanted to go here was for the egg rolls which were out of stock and my moms face showed her complete dissatisfaction with the fact that we waited and then were told they did not have a staple menu item available midday Mother’s Day. Very disappointed in the lack of order and prep for one of the biggest eat out days in the year. A great time to shine and earn new business leads to a very unhappy Mother’s Day. Staff was very busy did not get my water. Yes water a basic until halfway through my meal. I almost went to my car to get my water bottle I was so thirsty for any beverage. The only perk was they gave you a glass of wine for moms while waiting forever to be seated.

Unfortunately Mothera Day was a disaster. Extremely busy and they couldn’t keep up with the orders so we left 1.5 hour later without our food arriving
