I ordered the Maui Maui, which I have in the past and it was a little dry. It was Father's Day and crowded, so I am guessing that is the reason. Overall the food and evening was excellent.

I made a reservation at 10:15 for Father's Day for my husband and me. We arrived a little early and were seated a few minutes early. The hostess brought us to our table and wanted to seat us at a very small two person booth with a very small table. I asked if we could sit at a larger table (there were other couples sitting at 4 person tables) and she told us no, everything is "preset." About 10-15 minutes after we were seated, another couple was seated at a four person table. It took about that long for a server to greet us as well; I don't think it was necessarily on her as much as communication within the staff. The room was mostly empty at that time, and after we ate, most of the four person tables were still sitting empty. Now, I realize that they also have to seat according to how they are staffed, but we could have easily been seated at a roomier table. I feel like these tiny tables should be for walkins and utilized when they are very busy, which they were not. Overall, though, the food was excellent as always, and our server was very attentive and helpful. I would give her a five to balance out the one I would give the hostess. We are also wine club members, so I feel like that should mean something to them. I really like their food, and the ambience is usually nice, but I think whoever determines the seating should "read the room" a little better and understand the importance of where people sit for their experience, especially on a special day like Father's Day.
