    We arrived 5 mins early to our 7:45 reservation and our table was not ready so we decided to do the wine tasting at the bar to pass the time. 25 mins later our table was ready and the service was excellent. The skirt steak (churrasco) was a very small portion which was disappointing, yet quite tasty. The calamari appetizer was tangy and delicious. I tried a bite from everyone's dish and the chicken piccata was my favorite. We ordered the seasonal brownie-ice cream dessert which was superb.

    From beginning to end our experience was excellent. We wanted to try have glass of wine prior to our dinner and the bar was too crowded, but when we went to the wine tasting section, we were accommodated and got to try a couple of wines before choosing the one we wanted. our Sommelier was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. The the reservation person came and got us, and took us to our table. Our waiter was friendly and helpful and our food was amazing. the brussel sprouts were incredible, the seasonal mushroom flatblet was also excellent. We had grouper and seared tuna and both were incredible.

    Thanksgiving entree lacked flavor. Service attentive but very slow in between entrees. Server overwhelmed with too many tables. Overall fair. Paid too much for a very basic Thanksgiving meal.

    Excellent 3 course Thanksgiving meal! We were in the Doral area and searching for a restaurant offering a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and Coopers Hawk was the only one we could find, and glad we went as it was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere!

    We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Our server was excellent and we've always loved the ambiance at Cooper's Hawk. Looking forward to a return visit for the regular menu.

    The food was not all that. Especially for the price charged with is not cheap. We ordered the candy apple bacon to start and it was not crispy and hard like we have had it there before. We mentioned it to a manager and she mentioned they changed the bacon and the one they were using now had more fat. My wife had the churrasco and she mentioned it was very bland. Nothing to write home about. My daughter also thought the same of her food. I think for the quality of the food it is overpriced. If the quality was better I would have another opinion. Not planning to go back.

    Let’s start with Jose for the wine tasting he was just absolutely amazing!!!!! Really made the wine tasting experience spectacular! Then we sat with Estefan and let me tell you he was absolutely incredible! From the menu recommendations to his service, his smile and most importantly the best service I could ask for! All in all I have to give our night a 10/10!

    Our server, Sofia, was great. It did take a little longer than usual between appetizer and entree, but overall great experience. She offered numerous wine samples to help us make our selection. And she help me set up a new wine club account after I had problems reactivating my old one.

    We have been to Cooper's Hawk numerous times, but for some reason, yesterday was not their day. The waiter kept forgetting to bring us utensils and water or would take a really long time to take our order. Once the food arrived, the filet was burned, the fish was overcooked, and the churrasco was way too thin. Great wine, but you could tell that they were not expecting a busy Saturday.

    The wait on the meals were long. I advised on my reservation this was for a birthday and I had to remind the waiter after paying for my meal and he came after. The shrimp Scampi had no flavor. The southern eggrolls were my favorite.

    Everything was good. Great experience. The only thing we didn’t like was that the Thai chicken lettuce wraps came with very little lettuces. I ordered another one to go and didn’t have the sauces. They put the lettuce together with the other vegetables and got really mushy. Not a good service. The waitress was wonderful.

    Food was incredible, plentiful and tasty. Our waiter Franco was very diligent, friendly and helpful. And a special call out to Barbra, our wine tasting hostess. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Best wine tasting experience we’ve ever had.

    This is the 3rd time we come in a short amount of time. Last night we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary - which our first date was at CH. The last 2 times we sat outside so we thought the mediocre service was because the one waiter had the majority of tables. Yesterday we sat inside and although the waitress was very nice, it took a long time for us to be served. We were seated around 7:45pm. It took 10 min for water, another 10 for the bread, wine didn’t come out until about 40 min after we were seated, soup didn’t come out until about 30 min after we ordered, and the meals didn’t arrive until nearly 9:15pm. I ended up paying on the app because every step of the service was taking longer than we’d like. It’s most likely a staffing issue, but something needs to be done. We really the food and wine which is why we continue to return, but the service has gotten worse throughout this year.

    This is our first experience that was not up to expectation. The location is great and the ambiance is as usual. The host area was a bit lacking but that is expected with very young personnel at the desk to greet clients. We are grateful we pre arranged a reservation this day where we expected. The food was our issue. Although the order arrived in a timely basis the meals were bland with no flavor lacking personality and thus quality. Still, I would not rule this restaurant out and look forward to an improved dining experience.
