Coopers Hawk is well named because when you dine there they will "hawk" their wine to you - all night long! Their business model is to attract you as a diner and then convert you to a member of their subscription wine service. Their food is good - but just average. Their wines are just average. Their hostesses and their wait staff are all too focused on selling you rather than serving you. It's not a business model I appreciate and the customer experience was not one I wish to repeat.
Had never been here before as it’s a little hard to find with the GPS. We were 5 and each of us had a wonderful experience. The server Yolanda was super attentive and excellent even though she had a lot of tables that she was taking care of.
We did the wine tasting at our table (2 choices each at zero charge) and the wines were delicious. Loved the Chardonnay which was also reasonably priced. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced with large
Portions. Will definitely come again as it’s our new favorite! Only thing that would recommend is to have some background dining music that would help the ambience a bit.
Always delicious and excellent service
We had a reservation for 9:15 and still waited almost 40 minutes after the reservation time to be seated. We inquired numerous times with the hostess and we were informed that we were next but still 40 mins with a reservation is excessive. After we were seated,our waitress really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.
Food and service were excellent. Always enjoy our meals and wine here.

We decided to just have appetizers and they were all excellent.
The ambiance was great, the service was good and the total experience was beyond my expectation.
They don’t have anymore parking nor valet as they share with another restaurant.

Very bad service, long waits for food, drinks and the check. This service is definitely loosing the touch with the clients, and a wine of the club member, I’ll no longer be dining with them, only getting my bottles

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant is a very nice place to go on a date. The food is really good and the wine is exceptional. The service was great as well.
Cooper’s Hawk is one of our favorite places to go in date night. The food is always wonderful and we can’t say enough about the wine collection.
First time there and really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere. Our waitress was very informative and pleasant.
We had lunch so will for sure be going back for dinner.
Waiter took long to bring utensils...food was bland compared to coconut creeks location
Waiter Also mixed my wine card with another guest card therefore it took off one of my bottles so I had to speak with a manager to get it fixed the waiter at the wine tasting never gave us any crackers however all the other Hispanic guest had crackers we had to ask for crackers and she seemed annoyed that we asked her for them

The food was outstanding, from the appetizers, main course to the dessert, everything was very good in flavor and very well presented. Their wines, while younger, can match well to the meals prepared. The service, while not bad, has been somewhat lacking lately. Maybe they are understaffed or too busy, but lately we've had longer waits for the wine to be brought to the table, bread, taking our orders, etc. We always go with a reservation.
Joined wine club because it makes sense. Food ok Usually better. I don’t think their steaks are so good
Normally we've always had a great experience but this time it just wasn't very good. Service was ok, food was just OK, and it took a very long time to get our food. Restaurant wasn't even that packed. First time we've had a not so good experience. Probably won't go back for a really long time.
Food and wine excellent bu our waitress had so manny tables to attend that took long to serve she was nice but again took long to bring wine ect..

We have been going here for over a year. They are the best in attitude and customer service. This evening was an exceptional night for a birthday. They were super accommodating! Took the cake to the refrigerator for us and served it as if they prepared it. I can’t say enough about the service Kevin, the fantastic waiter made the night extra special... go and you will not be disappointed.
Food was tasty as always, and sangrias flavorful! Waiter gave us enough privacy to enjoy our time without feeling rushed.

Service was horrible. The waitress forgot to bring the appetizer. We got out entrees and never got the appetizer. She brought out the wrong food for my husband.
My husband ordered the churrasco. $30 plate and the churrasco so as small and burnt as can be. Everything we asked for, our waitress said they were out of.
This was my first time ever eating at this restaurant and I would never go back.
The ambiance at Cooper's is very nice. Reminded me of a high end California winery that also serves food. The menu is extensive and the fish we ordered on our first night was excellent. On our second visit we ordered the "surf and turf" option which allows you to select from four seafood options and pair it with one of four steak options. By far the best choice was the tenderloin medallions and the crab cake. The other steak options were of lesser quality, although I only actually tried one other. Despite the fact that it is a "winery and restaurant" the selection is wide, but not deep. By that I mean, they have a single unoaked Chard, a single Malbec, and so on. So while you can choose a varietal, there is no choice beyond that. Do be advised that parking is very limited and the only real option is to use their $4 valet parking service. Still a good value and worth a visit.

Tonight was a disappointment. We arrived, checked In and were told that it was a 5 min wait. No problem with that. I went to the ladies room only to find a mess. I mentioned it to one of the hostess and she said she would "mention it to the others." We had a very good dinner our waiter was, Kristoph. Excellent service on his behalf. As we were leaving. Had to stop at the ladies room again. I walk in only to find a mess all within the restroom. See photos. There was no toilet paper, there was a mess all over the floor and over flowing garbage bins!! As I left I mentioned it AGAIN to the three young ladies at the hostess station. Mary, Elisa and one more girl. So instead of attending to it, they told me to have a good night and laughed it off like if they were used to this in their homes. As a business owner I would not hire people with this type of attitude. Way to go girls! Coopers Hawk I suggest you RETRAIN your staff or hire more mature professionals. As of now the five stars I gave you before has fallen to a three and yes I will be calling Tammy the manger and corporate!
Great dining experience
Food was not good at all. Short rib full of fat. Slaw was dry Max n cheese was dry and cold. Terrible food overall

We had a confirmed reservation at 9:15 had to wait 40 min to sit down. Our server Jose was excellent. It was his birthday that evening and he informed he was handing us off to another service which never showed up. When I asked a server 20 mins later to please get us another bottle of wine. One of which I have 19 still remaining as a Copper Hawk member he never returned only to have the manager come and state we cold have a bottle as it was passed 12. It was 12:03 when he made the statement. Very disappointed in having to wait 40 minutes I dine ayer having a confirmed reservation and a manager that refused to have a wine member open a bottle just shy of 3 mins . To add insult to injury we noticed a table was just having a wine opened as we exited the restaurant. Very disappointed and plan to cancel my wine membership.
I love going to this place, They always have great service , food is tasty, amazing wine selection.
