    The server cleaned empty tables with a strong chlorine mixture which sanitized the table but I found the smell nauseating. Other restaurants use different methods to sanitize. Why do they use such strong smelling cleaner? I can’t go back!

    The food was not that good. The chicken risotto was horrible. It was added Tex mex in it. The wait time for seating and receiving food was horribly long. The only upside was that the drinks were made well

    Please keep the Surf & Turf dish on your menu, it was awesome. Now the Risotto unfortunately has been a looser every time. It's always been one of my favorite dishes, but it's been terrible every time I've ordered it there unfortunately.

    Fries came cold and was sent back 3 times before coming hot. Fish was noticeably frozen. We have dined here before. Friends have not. Location was perfect l, but they said they would like to try another restaurant in the area.

    Waited 15 minutes for a waiter after sitting down. Brought bread for two people, but we were five. Waiter said he’d bring more. Waited 15 minutes again. Gave our order, but wasn’t correct because some thing’s missing. My salad was completely forgotten! Food was ok, but unhappy with this experience.

    The service, as usual, was exceptional. The waiter was extremely attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was great. We were a party of six, and each person commented on the quality of the food, and the service.

    I have been here quite often and am a member of the wine club. Food and service are usually always good. However, last night's waitress was not attentive to our dining needs. Long periods of time spent waiting for her to check on us. Also, the portion of brussell sprouts seemed much smaller than in the past. We asked for more crostini to go with the bacon cheese platter, and it came out burnt. Hoping last night was an anomaly.

    I ordered a wonderful pear martini. Then i had the best wedge chopped salad. Then i had the shrimp and scallop risotto. I had made a weeknight reservation. My table was ready. The food was scrumptious and the service was great. The cocktail was great too!

    Reservations were made for 2 people. I requested a booth and was told it was for parties greater than 3. Upon sitting down, I realized several booths were seated with 2 people. I went back to the hostess desk and was told I would have to wait 45mins.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Cooper's Hawk. I am a member of their wine club for about 7 years and have been to Cooper's Hawk over 10 different cities and at least 50 if not more times. I have even hosted events at the Galleria location, the Coconut Creek location and the Pines location. I have always had past positive service experiences and more times than not, positive food experiences. This evening we entered the dining room and it was only half full- not packed. My husband and I asked to taste a wine sample before ordering. His was brought but I got nothing. About 15 minutes later when the waitress came, she said that they didn't have that wine - that's why no sample. So I asked for a glass of Petit Syrah. In the meantime, my husband ordered an appetizer for him (I don't eat chicken) and I ordered the vegan tortilla soup (which is on their menu). His appetizer came out immediately along with his glass of wine. 30 minutes later, neither my soup nor my wine had arrived. Finally the wine arrived and we called over the night manager Sam. We told him the issue and by that time I had ordered a meal so after telling him how ridiculously poor the service was, that I didn't want the soup at this point...not to bring it... assuming that my meal would be out shortly. About 4 minutes later, he walked out with some bowl of soup - which I refused-again thinking my meal would be out shortly. 15 minutes later when my meal hadn't come out, we complained to both the manager & the waitress-who was hardly seen the entire night. Neither expressed any true sorrow or apologies and I still had no food and my husband hadn't ordered the meal for him. So since we were there over an hour & 45 minutes, we told them we were leaving & upset. I asked for my wine club card back (which the waitress had) and for the check for my husband's appetizer-which the manager ended up covering. Sad, bad, unacceptable service, food (or lack thereof) and customer care.

    Food and drinks are always very good, but the service this last visit was extremely slow to a point of being ridiculous. The total amount of time was 3 hours to have dinner and took about an hour just to order our main course.

    Another absolutely awesome experience and meal at Cooper’s Hawk in Dania Beach. But, it was made all the more wonderful by Marissa our server. From her bubbly personality to her spot on suggestions for food and wine added to the experience. More importantly, the service she and her team offered was exceptional. Thank you Marissa!

    Flatbread and entres were good. Seasonal dessert was awful. Service was disappointing. We had to ask for drinks after we were asked our entre. We had to ask for a decanter with our bottle of wine. We received a decanter with smudges all over. We weren’t treated well at all from beginning to end.

    Wonderful experience. David, our server was attentive and tuned into our timing. Food was good and served in a timely manner at correct temps. Room was a bit chilly, but I forgot to bring a sweater so that's on me. Noise level is a little high and not conducive to conversations.

    We went there for Thanksgiving dinner and were pleasantly surprised.Two of us had the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The third person selected from the regular menu. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will make our go to next year

    Coopers Hawk never disappoints! Service and ambiance was excellent. The menu and value is terrific. We went for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone enjoyed it. Loved the butternut squash soup, veggies and mashed potatoes. I’m just not too crazy for turkey; I also do not like dark meat and half the serving was dark meat but everyone else really liked it.

    Excellent Thanksgiving dinner! Great time the food was just right! Turkey and dressing couldn’t have been better! The cheese cake pumpkin topped off the dinner with cappuccino! Best Thanksgiving dinner in a long time!

    Thanksgiving dinner was not what I expected fake, turkey, hard, crunchy carrots, almost burnt music was not appropriate for the occasion. Terrible wine list. Our server was very attentive. Thankful for that

    Fast service. A lot of food for the price. It was nice to have a choice of the Thanksgiving meal or the regular menu. We all chose Thanksgiving and were happy. The butternut squash soup was delicious. It was the first time we ever went out for Thanksgiving. Glad we chose Coopers Hawk.
