Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Coconut Creek
We had appetizers only. Four of us shared nine appetizers all of which were delicious. The candied bacon and cheese appetizer was too good to describe. We each had a flight if wine and ordered another glass of our favorite. The servers were very good, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
The customer service was great they are profesional. Also the food was excellent
Excellent from start to finish
Delicious Food, Great service and Friendly Staff! My husband had Dana's Parmesan Crusted Chicken which is our favorite! I had the Turkey Burger for lunch and it was juicy and flavorful! My son had the Napa Chopped Salad which he said was delicious! Our go-to local restauarant!
Again we had excellent service, drinks and food. Love their bacon appetizer. I asked if they had nonseeded crisp crackers and they brought me some!
Ordinarily service is good here, but Sunday night was not good. Waiters spent time talking to other tables of 4 or more and they wouldn't refill our glasses with water (upon request) and they didn't even come to pick up our checks and money. We had to scramble to break down our cash and when we left to the two waiters were talking to each other at the front desk. They could have cared less.
Awesome wine and food
First time dining here and it was an overall excellent experience
Of all the restaurants in South Florida, this Cooper’s Hawk has horrible service. The people at the front are rude. We were rushed out of the restaurant by our server coming to check every 5 minutes to see if we were done with dinner and to bag us up to leave quickly. Every time I go to get my bottles for the month when I know I am not dining in, they are rude and rush me. Don’t even offer up a bottle I have never tried before. Both Pembroke Pined and Fort Lauderdale have nicer employees than this one.
I have always been happy with my meal at Cooper’s Hawk. I have never had a bad meal there.
Great experience as always! Love going there for a good meal and glass of wine
This is one of my neighborhood 'go to' places, even though the noise level is a little high we enjoy the wine and the food. Chris was our server and did a fantastic job. This place is always busy so make a reservation if you decide to give it a try.
Carey was our server and even if we could choose a server from a menu, we couldn’t have chosen anyone better. Very professional, engaging, witty and attentive.
We were a party of seven and everyone enjoyed their food. One glitch was my churrasco, which I’ve had several times in the past.
I returned it due to the portion size, which for $30 was disproportionately small. Fortunately, Carey and the manager both agreed that it was a rather meager portion. The manager had another steak made and it was very good, but for $30 the portion was still insufficient. My opinion...the original steak should never have been served to begin with.
Overall, I enjoy Cooper’s Hawk and have introduced your restaurant to quite a few people. My only issues in the past have been oversalted sauces and sometimes portion size depending on the entree.
Service has mostly been excellent, but today was exceptional.
I actually enjoyed it. The first time we went , we were seated in the main room where I thought it was too bright. This time we sat in the bar area and it was dim and the ambience was great! Food and service was great!
Food is always delicious! My husband and I had the Dana'a Parmesan Crusted Chicken which is our favorite! The restaurant is always crowded so we always book through OpenTable !
Service was great. Food and wine is average at best.
We had a WONDERFUL Server, Sam. She was GREAT. Responsive, accommodating, friendly, suggestive (where appropriate).
Can’t wait to return, & remember to name-request Sam.
Also, there was a very young handsome gentleman who seemed very concerned with ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. I think his name was Benjamin. He was trying SO HARD to make our meal as memorable as it was! Is he a “Rookie”?
Benjamin & Sam: keep up the GREAT work! Hope to see you SOON!!!
Good wines , service excellent, membership intersting
Good food and great service. As expected, can be on loud side. Cooper’s hawk is on our regular dining option list.
From our arrival for the wine tasting, to our sitting for the dinner, everybody was nice, polite and careful for me and my guests. In fact two of my guests did decide to become members.
Food wasn’t hot. Food was tasty. Nicki the waitress was great.
We have been Wine Club Members for a year. and we have been to CH at CC many times and this was the first time that another server, not ours, was loud and used profanity when talking to some friends 2 booths behind us. My husband's and my food was fabulous (Thai shrimp and scallops), but our son's burger was raw in the middle and when Gina brought him another meal, it wasn't edible. I felt so sorry for her, because she was a fabulous server, but the large blonde female server that cussed and was loud should be reprimanded. Also, the group 2 booth's behind us was loud and then they were cussing with some of the kitchen staff when they left. This was supposed to be a Birthday lunch for my husband, but with all of the mix-ups, he didn't get any Birthday goodies like I got last week at my event at Galleria Mall CH.
