    Kay at the tasting room was amazing! She recognized our party as regulars and delivered great service! Dinner was also amazing Robyn is the Best as usual!! We were not scheduled in her section but she took care of it as always!! Thank you Kay and Robyn for a wonderful night!!

    We love Cooper’s Hawk and took the fam for a birthday dinner. We had reservations and they acknowledged the birthday at the front desk and wrote it on the card but the server didn’t look at the card. The server didn’t check on us often, was pushy about the wine club and lacked general happy attitude. I got the chicken parm and at the end of my meal I noticed the chicken was fairly pink. I was almost finished and don’t eat the rest but didn’t mention it to the server because at that point we had been waiting for a bit for the check. It definitely wasn’t the best experience but really it was because of the server and improperly cooked food.

    What a great way to celebrate birthdays with myself and a dear friend. Our waitress was so kind and knowledgeable. She oversees the membership so she has great insight and suggestions. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy great food and drink.

    Once again, date night with my wife at Cooper's Hawk as great! We decided to go lite with hamburgers and a side salad. I had the Oriental slaw which is a great complement to an outstanding burger. Service, as always, was excellent and the Wine of the Month was a perfect fit for a tasty beef meal. Love our server, Robin. We request her and she knows our likes and always suggests the perfect "stuff" to make our visit extra special.

    First time visit at Cooperhawk and will be my last. Our waitress was wonderful but the food not so! We had the Brussels sprout and drunken shrimp. The apps came out in literally 10 minutes. It was like we were on an assembly line. They were ok. I like my food hot so when these arrived cold it was disappointing. 10 minutes after our apps arrived our entrees came out so we had a table full of food. My son had the pork chops which we’re definitely over cooked. Nothing special at all! I had the Parmesan crusted mahi mahi. It was so dry and overcooked it resembled tuna from the can. Our waitress made the night. She was engaging, pleasant and very attentive. We declined dessert as we were pretty dissatisfied with our meal. It was a very disappointing experience!

    The restaurant was full but the service was excellent. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. Food was top notch. Great wines. Only complaint was the 80 db noise level.

    It’s always crowded. That being said, the food is fabulous. My dinner was chicken piccata, pop, and 3 truffles for dessert. It was about $40. Even if you don’t drink wine, go for the food.

    We had a reservation but chose to sit at the bar. The hostess was lovely. The bartenders weren’t that attentive. When they did engage, they were pleasant. The bar top was dirty, floor was dirty. It wasn’t very crowded. Our drinks were sub par. Was disappointed in our experience.

    I was disappointed that I could not get some of the items because of my onion allergy. I’m allergic to the whole onion family, but I can eat garlic. I’ll check the menu more carefully the next time I come. We usually come once a month for happy hour so there’s no problem with that. I was told that the sauces for Chicken Madeira, for example, have onion powder.

    Our server, Benjamin, made the evening especially enjoyable. The French fries with the steak Charrasco were stale (I.e. too much time under the heat lamp between removal from fryer to plating for guest service. The steak would have been better paired with mash, home fries, or au gratin. The water spill was cleaned up promptly and thoroughly which was good.

    Our appetizer was very good but my main dish didn’t wow me. I ordered a skirt steak medium which was served well done. The vegetables were greasy and fries were nothing special. I enjoyed the wine and the service was good. It was also very loud in the restaurant and hard to hear each other talk.

    We’ve always enjoyed Cooper’s Hawk and have dined many times. Dined last night with friends. My husband ordered the surf and turf, with a pork chop (his favorite dish at CH) and grouper. The pork chop was half what is typically served and the grouper was (no exaggeration) the size of a Tostito chip, and an 1/8 of an inch thick. It was very disappointing. Our friend ordered the pork chop meal, both she and my husband agreed that the pork chop is not the same, and not near as good. Our other friend and I ordered the fish and chips, It was okay, but it was also fried fish and french fries. We all agreed when leaving, a $100 dinner shouldn’t leave you disappointed.

    Great food. They used to take food back to box it, but our sever just gave us boxes at the table and we had to box our own food. The server also did not come back to check on us after giving us our receipt. Small inconveniences but it shows the level of service has decreased.
