    We thought that the restaurant was closed when we arrived. All of the outdoor lights were off. So did other people in the lobby. We told the people at the counter and they didn’t seem to know how to fix it.

    Briana, our server, was efficient yet pleasant and knowledgeable. Very romantic yet an excellent establishment to celebrate our five year anniversary, The food, from calamari to the main entree was fixed to perfection. We WILL come back.

    Dinner took way too long. Apparently, the kitchen was behind. Food came out cold the first time and barely warm the second time. We gave up wanting hot food. It simply wasn't going to happen and we had been there far too long waiting already. It's gone downhill all the way around. Sucks

    Had a reservation for 4 at 6:30pm. Got our table on time. Service was terribly slow. We got our appetizers and drinks in a normal amount of time. They were good. We ordered our main dishes. We didn’t get the food for over 1.25 hours and then only three came to the table. The last one was ten more minutes and cold. No sorry, no free dessert or anything off the bill. Our bill was over $300 and it was severely disappointing. We kept asking where our food was and we were told “We are busy.” But other tables who sat after us were getting their food before us.

    We love Coopers Hawk-the food is excellent and the service also. However last evening, we had a waiter who was new to us named Braeden. He was a very nice and caring waiter. But he shook our hands three times during our meal. This bothered us because he also admitted his voice was hoarse and explained it was due to yelling loudly after he stepped into a puddle, “cussing too much” as he said. This was too much information for us. And mostly, it was not sanitary. COVID is on the rise again in our metro area, and as 2 physicians we are especially concerned. We really didn’t feel like getting up 3 times during our meal to wash our hands. Please ask him to stop doing this. Thank you.

    Food was terrific and the December wine of the month Carne Rosso, a Cabernet Sauvignon, was outstanding. Very energetic atmosphere and service was excellent.

    3 people in our party of 4 have to eat gluten free. They did a wonderful job helping us feel safe and have many options available gluten free. Our waiter even brought us fresh gluten free bread. The food was delicious!

    We went here for a work get together and it was perfect. The round tables made it very easy to talk and hear everyone at the table, the service was great and the food was fantastic! will be back!

    Packed house at lunch, but the hostess had kept a booth ready for us as requested in our advance reservation, which we really appreciated. Service was attentive despite the large crowd, and the seafood dishes we ordered were delicious.

    Greeters…..welcoming…we did have reservations. Waitress… Very pleasant and accommodating for a birthday… friendly…. gave the impression she really likes working at Cooper’s Hawk. Food…. exceptional anything on the menu is over the top spectacular… Dessert… Mandatory… We have never been to Cooper’s Hawk without having a dessert…

    Our waiter was sarcastic and sassy - and we loved it!! He was more than capable of keeping pace with our group, especially the husbands, who, at times, are difficult to reign in 😆. He made the evening that much more enjoyable.

    My 3 girlfriends and I have a black Friday tradition to eat lunch at Coopers Hawk for the past 4 years and this year did not disappoint. Kenzie, our waitress was so attentive to us and was super friendly and even helped us with our boomerang Instagram photo! She was fantastic! The Napa Chicken salad and Brussel sprouts that we shared were delicious. We also liked the bang bang shrimp. We love our tradition and we will continue it for years to come.

    We frequent Cooper’s Hawk a lot not only with family but friends as week. The food was very good as usual. Last night at the end of the meal, our server brought our check before we even got our ordered dessert. We had also ordered coffee which we did not get but were at least not charged for. My leftovers were not brought back to me. First and hopefully last time that happens...

    We attended Thanksgiving dinner at Coopers Hawk. The crowd noise was appropriate for a crowded restaurant. Our service was very good considering the crowds. The dinner we received was slightly disappointing. The turkey I received was cold and contained mostly gristle. The potatoes were cold. Dessert was awesome. The wine was nice. Not sure if we would do Thanksgiving at this location again.

    Food was delicious. We were disappointed in the wait for our table. We arrived at 3:10 for our 3:15 reservation. I was told there were a few parties ahead of us and they would text me when our table was ready. When I saw parties that checked in with a 3:30 reservation being taken back, I approached the host stand and was told we would be seated next. Then I watched two more parties get seated before we were finally advised after a 25 minute wait that our table was ready. Not usually a big deal to wait, but my elderly parents were dining with us, and there are no seats anywhere in the waiting area.

    Our server Justin was fantastic. The restaurant could think about table size and adjust slightly, when you have a decanter (it is a wine restaurant after all), and nice broad serving platters, water glasses etc it gets really cramped. Service was excellent, food was good, we will be back.

    We are long-time Cooper's Hawk members, but I had to share they went above and beyond for this special occasion. It was an emotional day and they seated my party of 9 in the back barrel room where we had an appropriate amount of privacy, the service was excellent and the food was (as always) delicious. In fact, it's worth mentioning that we can be a bit of a challenge as a party, we have someone who has to be gluten-free, another person with a peanut/tree nut allergy and other challenges... and Cooper's Hawk deals with those flawlessly and has excellent options for everyone (including a 10 year old!)  The only issue with this particular Cooper's Hawk is that the tasting room is on the smaller side, meaning you almost always have to wait a bit to get in for a tasting, even in non-premium hours... that said, the staff (and management team) does a great job of keeping things moving (or letting you stay a leisurely pace if you desire).

    We had a wonderful evening. Dayton (our sever) was wonderful. Made sure our dinner was excellent. Carrie (bartender) gave great suggestions. Only down side- we couldn't get a tasting prior to dinner (we were there about 1 hr early) - area is too small.

    3 out of 4 of our dinners were good. My husband’s pork chop were almost uneatable. They were supposed to be crusted but had a mealy mush on top. He was offered to remake them but they already took 27 minutes to make. The rest of us would have been done eating and he would have still been waiting for his dinner.
