    Service was slow, the kitchen took forever to make a meal. We wait 10mins to get our drinks, 30mins to get an appetizer and more than an hour to get our meals which turned out to be way under cooked and raw. we spoke to management and ask them to remove the meals and they graciously told us our 2 drinks and appetizer were on the house.

    We love the food at Cooper’s Hawk and astronomy we sat outside and it was wonderful. The service however is very spotty and slow but our meal was worth it. We know that there are problems having enough help. The other comment is that vegetables no matter what they are always undercooked and tough to eat that includes potatoes and parsnips.

    Amazing meal with even better service! We had Devin as our server and he was PHENOMENAL! So attentive and gave wonderful recommendations. The food and drinks were wonderful, but the prices may not be ideal for a weekly date night.

    We love Coopers Hawk in Annapolis, that's why I made reservations for Father's Day. I requested an outside table when I made them, but was informed we had to wait a bit longer for outside as that is considered a "suggestion". Ok, I understand. But we got sat at a table right outside of the entrance to the bar with heavy traffic of servers and patrons. So we asked to move - and we were sat at a table off to the side with a bad view. I should have asked for a better seat yes, but didn't want to move again. The food took a long time to come out, both of our steaks were overcooked, we asked for medium rare and they were well done. It took a long time to clear dishes. Brandon was great and I think there needs to be bussers to do that for the servers. It was just an ok experience. I think it could have been a much better one - just more time and attention to patrons would be nice.

    Great food, nice array of choices on the menu, obviously lovely wine selection (have never had a wine there that we didn’t enjoy except maybe the almond prosecco which is rather sweet for our taste). It is nice as a date night, family time, or with friends. Not overly pricey. Go!

    The service was excellent! Our waitress, Crystal, was terrific...I would definitely recommend the Coopers Hawk Annapolis location soley based on the great service we received.

    I know several friends and family who have referred me to this restaurant. However, for my family and I we did not have a good experience. The service took very long. I was brought out the wrong food however I didn’t want them to bring out the right food because it was taking too long. Our drinks were not refilled immediately. Also, I ordered dessert and the manager waived the price for the dessert because of the wrong food brought out however we never got it we sat at the table for 10 minutes after we received our receipt and paid. So at that point we just got up and left. My family loves this restaurant so I wish we could have had a better experience.

    Vanessa was a spectacular server. It was Father’s Day and she knew she was going to be busy, but she treated my dad and I like we were her only customers. I saw that she was able to do that with all the tables around us. She was wonderful. Also, of course the food was great too!

    We went out with another couple. We chose to sit outdoors and I loved the patio. I do wish there was a little more lighting. Our waitress, Brittney was awesome! Friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Appetizers - Over the Border Egg Rolls and Pot Stickers. I got the Short Ribs Risotto and lemon cake for dessert. Everything was tasty. I will definitely be back!

    This is the perfect date spot. I had my 2nd date here and the food and the service was great. All the food is paired with wine which is a nice touch, I will definitely be going back soon.

    The food is delicious and the wine is excellent. We enjoyed flatbreads, filet mignon, key lime pie, and chocolate truffles. Service was friendly and attentive but not rushed which we appreciated. It was crowded on a Saturday evening and a bit noisy. We wanted to do a wine tasting downstairs but it was much too crowded and there was no space -- plus this area was very noisy. We love Coopers Hawk and will definitely return.

    My husband and I went for lunch and it wasn’t as good. Service was lacking (the waitress mentioned to us we were her first table right out of training). She seemed nervous, didn’t ask were we wine club members (we use to be) she was a little slow and just seemed like she was uncomfortable. We ordered cocktails, which took longer than normal. A different server brought the drinks and my husband had to send his back because it was watered down (sat too long on the bar) I observed our waitress on several occasions just standing around by the machine where they input the orders or by the kitchen. Once she dropped the check off it took her a good 15 minutes to come and get the payment. We typically go once a month, today we didn’t recognize any staff. Service has really gone down in CH, sadly I don’t think we’ll return.

    A friend who I have not seen in about 10 years met me for lunch. She was running late for a number of reasons but my waiter was very understanding regarding my delay to order lunch. He suggested I might want a cup of soup and some of the excellent pretzel bread while I waited. This was very helpful to me because I had a long wait for my friend to arrive. The waiter was so patient and kind and efficient. I am a long time member of the Cooper’s Hawk wine club and this is just another reason I keep coming back to the restaurant.
