Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Annapolis
Our service has been spotty lately and this occasion was no different. Our server seemed to have issues listening to our order or getting us items we asked for.
My family of six dined here for a birthday meal. While I wasn't please with our seating (high traffic, on main thoroughfare in middle of restaurant), I have no complaints about the food or service. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Our meals were delicious and served in a reasonable amount of time.
The atmosphere was enjoyable, although we just so happened to be seated next to what seemed to be the loudest party in the restaurant. A bunch of middle-aged former jocks who had taken full advantage of the winery's fares.
Would definitely dine there again, and would recommend.
Everything was great!
Cooper’s Hawk is a definite go to when I a great dining experience.
We enjoyed our evening at Cooper’s Hawk Winery! The staff was friendly and accommodating, our server Carlie was outstanding and the food and wine were amazing!! We’ll be back!!!
The restaurant was very nice, lighting was perfect, the food was amazing, and my waiter was the BEST waiter I’ve ever had. He was funny knowledgeable and attentive! TOP TIER staff
Our waiter was fantastic and as always the food and wine were excellent
The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We joined the wine club while we were there since we know we will be returning.
Waiter took a while to get to us but was awesome once he got there. Very observant of food allergy concerns.
I took my daughter here for her 27th Bday. The service, food and ambiance was all I expected it to be! She thoroughly enjoyed everything from the happy hour cocktails and appetizers to the main course. Our waitress was exceptionally patient which was much needed with my 13 month old grandson trying single handedly to wreck our table. I can't wait to get back.
Miguel was attentive and professional
Food was excellent
amazing food, and great recommendations from the waiter!
The special chicken Tuscan sandwich was fabulous. It was paired with a salad that unfortunately the server was not able to describe the contents. After asking in the kitchen, she said there was fennel on the salad. However, the salad did not have fennel. So she brought some on the side. The server was very pleasant but uninformed. The other strange thing was our check in. We were the only ones waiting to be seated but had to wait until the host filled out a card with my name and some other info. Had there been a line of folks the wait would have been off putting. It must work for them. There were many items on the menu I would love to try and would come back for another visit.
We discovered Cooper's Hawk when we lived in Illinois and are very happy to now living on the east coast when we visit Annapolis, MD.
The atmosphere was quite exquisite; surrounding people dining around us were very well acquainted and well mannered; food was phenomenal; decor was fabulous...a True 10/10 Experience
Great as always!! I got the Vin Chocolate Noir for the first time and got two bottles to go!!
Great food, the waiter recommended a fish that was out of this world. One of the best menus in Annapolis.
3 of us had Parmesan crusted shrimp over pasta. We all thought it was delicious. The other person had Ahi tuna which he thought was also excellent. We had a reservation for 7pm but had to wait 20 minutes for our seating. We also had to remind the waitress to serve our wine. But overall it was a good experience.
We've been here many times and the food is always good, as is the service. While we don't really venture to trying too any different things (my wife always gets the same thing, where I've tried several dishes) our friends and family that we bring tend to try other things and never really had anything bad to say. We are members, and will probably retain the membership for a while, even if we don't do all the tastings every month. It can get crowded during peak times, so plan accordingly unless you like crowds. I've been wanting to try the bar, but never am in the neighborhood at the right time....
Food was spectacular. Our waiter, Alec, made the night. Super chill, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Good conversation as well. First time, but definitely won’t be last by any stretch. Quality of food vs super high end restaurant (Ruth Chris) was comparable without the $50 a plate fee. Awesome experience.
