This is my second time dining with you in the past month. I really like your beautiful restaurant, but you have a serious glaring issue. The service is unacceptably poor! We were there a total of 3 hours for dinner only, which is crazy and doesn’t happen in other restaurants. It took a good 20 minutes just to receive our 1st drink order alone. I’m positive you are already losing customers over this. I believe your restaurant is the exact type of place that was needed for this location, and it’s obvious that other’s agree, because the restaurant was very busy last night. Please fix your service issue before it’s too late, and your business starts to suffer from poor reviews.

I love this restaurant chain. I’ve dined at several different locations. This location is not my favorite. The people at the front are not very friendly. Our waiter was very nice, but just okay on service. The food was good but not great. This was our second time at this location. We will not go back any time soon. There are too many great restaurants in Alpharetta.

We had another great experience at Cooper’s Hawk! We went for my husband’s birthday. The meal was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was excellent & made great recommendations. They brought my husband a complimentary dessert. We definitely will be returning especially since we joined the wine club!

Amazing service by Joann! Food was next level delicious! The wine tasting was absolutely a treat! There are plenty opportunities to taste different wines! Darrel at the bar was phenomenal in explaining the wine club benefits and serving samples! We have already scheduled more reservations! Our go to spot for sure!

In spite of having to change my reservation 2 times, when we arrived our table was available. Nashley even changed us to another table in order to avoid some of the frigid a/c. Nashley encouraged us to taste the Barrel Reserve, which was very nice. Taylor took care of us beautifully. His bright personality and professionalism made this visit extra special. The cups of the Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp Bisque were rich and surprisingly filling. And we thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary glasses of Almond and Raspberry sparkling wine. Thank you!
