   I love this place!! The wine is divine!! The food is always so delicious!! The servers are always so knowledgeable and friendly!! Great atmosphere and just fun times!!

   2000 characters would not be enough to cover the biblical type implosion that occurred for our Mother’s Day reservation. Free sparkling at arrival great Sat at 2pm for 1:30 reservation, hence comp sparkling Menu was appealing, offerings were expansive with both full dinner menu and brunch offerings (likely part of their problems) Noticed many tables without food Service staff were attentive and apologetic for waits on beverage (Beverages and app were good) Then… power goes off No one had any ideas on wait time Full bottles of wine came out to each table We chose to leave and were offered a comp on our calamari app and drinks, plus the bottle of wine Total time was already at nearly 2.5 hours so we chose to leave Tipped cash for service staff and escaped Had high hopes for this place but will not be returning Looks like an over rated out of state chain trying to hard to push covers over quality

   We came here for Mother’s Day brunch because our Easter brunch was amazing. We were really looking forward to coming back. This time, though, things didn’t go so smoothly. We had a 1:15 PM reservation and were seated on time, but had to flag down our server just to get our order in before the 2:00 PM brunch cutoff. We figured it might be a little slow since it was a holiday, so we were patient. But by 3:00 PM, we still hadn’t gotten our food. Then the power went out, and everything just stopped. The staff gave us a free bottle of wine and comped our sangria, which we appreciated, but no one really told us what was going on or had answers for our questions. After waiting a while longer with no updates, we ended up leaving and grabbing food somewhere else.

   The food was good overall. Tuna was excellent. Ordered broccolini and received broccoli that was too tough to cut. Had to send gnocchi back because after waiting an hour four our food, it came out cold. Had to send a sandwich back too as it didn’t come out as ordered. It was Mother’s Day so I will give them a pass and try again but a bit disappointed.

   Delayed even with reservations, however they offered wine while we waited. Once seated, bar drinks were delayed so they took it off the bill. Then dinner was delayed so long they offered more drinks on the house. Management came over to talk with us but not much could be done but offer a free meal when we come back. Everyone was nice and apologetic. Not sure we will go back…

   We had a reservation and waited 45 minutes to be seated. It was chaos. The restaurant was extremely loud which made it difficult to speak at the table. And the dinner took almost 3 hours. We wait a very long time for food. And lastly it’s high priced for the lack luster experience.

   The food was good but the service was so slow! Not worth it. Hopefully the service will improve, we would like to come back but not until that’s fixed

    I will start with the positive. The food was excellent. However, It was so loud I couldn’t even talk or here the people I was with and I didn’t expect to have a three hour dinner, so if you’re looking for something fast, definitely not the place. The service was subpar. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to be seated and then my waitress never came over for another 15 minutes . Once we order drinks it then took another 30 minutes to receive the drinks and two hours and 15 minutes to get our food. I asked a question about the menu which the waitress had to ask the chef which took 25 minutes for her to come back and answer me all in all it was subpar service. I do blame management for over booking the venue as they should’ve had enough staff to accommodate the reservations and food orders
