   This was our second time here. The first time they forgot an appetizer but overall it was o.k. We went back tonight for my wife’s birthday, the overall service was poor from check in up until having to wait unusually long for the check. The food was mediocre at best from soup to desert. The table of 6 next to us continued to send food back. The restaurant was not full so it was not due to being busy. This is restaurant is not up to the standard of its reputation. We would not recommend Coopers Hawk.

   We loved our servers Stanley at wine tasting room and service in dining room was great as well! Food was wonderful and chef catered to my no carb need substitute. We’ll be back for sure…glad this is here in Alpharetta ❤️

   We were seated upon arrival and our waiter was very attentive. Our party had gnocchi, pretzel crusted pork chop, Parmesan crusted chicken and soy ginger salmon - all delicious with great wine flight! A little disappointed in the crème brûlée though. Looking forward to going back on a warmer day and sitting outdoors.

   Excellent service from Cynthia and the food was good and reasonably priced. Nicely designed dining space.

   First time visiting Cooper’s Hawk and we unfortunately won’t be back. The restaurant was VERY hectic and loud…it was difficult to even know how to find the hostess stand there were so many people in the lobby area. We were seated at our reservation time, but everything went extremely slowly from there. Our appetizer was lukewarm, my cocktail didn’t come until we were through the appetizer and mains were being delivered. (And they attempted to deliver the wrong food to use three times.) Our mains weren’t very tasty…overdressed chopped salad with chicken that was obviously being repurposed from the previous day and my husband’s dinner felt like it might have come from a frozen bag. It was just an unfortunate experience overall. Basically, this is a Cheesecake Factory with a million wines instead of types of cheesecake. It was also EXTREMELY loud and difficult to have a conversation even at a two-top in the back of the restaurant. It was definitely not worth the money we spent with as many great restaurants there are in the Alpharetta area, so we won’t be back.

   Waited 3 hours for food. Was so loud we had to move outside. Took too long for drinks. Too many mistakes

   The noise level is very loud in the main dining room. It started to rain and we were sitting outside and there’s no shelter from it for it was blowing through the screen so we had to be moved inside. The food was great. The staff tried really hard to accommodate us.

   Great experience! Love the wine tasting! The food was delicious but the chef missed the temperature on my steak. I ordered medium well. My steak came out extremely well done. Unfortunately I did not have time to wait on a new plate. The other elements on my plate were delicious.
