The food was excellent, and the service at the tasting room where we stopped prior to dinner was excellent... The service in the restaurant was average (some training was going on), but it became very warm in the dining room because there were issues with the air conditioning... The hostess stand, bar and tasting room remained at normal temperatures... Finally, the manager Troy was very personable and you could tell that he wanted us to really enjoy the evening as he seated us (well before the AC failed)...

Today was an off day for service and quality. I’ve been several times before and I highly recommended it to my friends. One friend vowed to never return. The other two said they would try it again. I was very disappointed. Brittany was a delight and did her best to recover the situation after multiple discussions with her. My food was just okay today. The ambiance was very nice even though it was overshadowed with the service issues.

We had a 8:00pm dinner reservation for a party of four but weren’t seated until 8:40. By this time we were the last party to be seated out of the initially crowded lobby/waiting area. Immediately upon sitting down at our booth our party noticed the restaurant was much louder than usual and we literally had to yell across the table. Our waiter was very friendly and professional but quickly informed us that they were out of chicken for all entrees. After appetizers, we were told the kitchen was out of meatballs and the short braised ribs for entrees. Our food was mediocre and not hot. My friend asked for the Surf and Turf with the pretzel-crusted pork chop and drunken shrimp but received grouper instead. I asked for my trio of medallions to be cooked medium well done but was medium rare. Not sure if I’ll be dining at this restaurant on a busy Saturday evening again.

Service was a little slow starting out because we went at peak time. But the food and our waitress made up for it. It was a great experience overall highly recommend. Food was excellent

Super busy. The waitress did the best she could. She was sat three tables at one time. Good was ok.

I’m a Wine club member who has been to locations around the country. The service has changed in Alpharetta it took 50mins to receive food and the waitress was no where to be located. Management seems nonchalant when asked how much longer, I was extremely disappointed.

Busy but pretty restaurant. Waiter forgot my beer but took it off the bill. Food was good but very heavy and rich…filling. We might go back.

Lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon was such a great experience with our amazing server Cynthia! She took wonderful care of us even with a large (12 or more) party right next to us also under her care. She managed our table quickly and offered suggestions about our membership giving us options that I didn’t even know we had. Her knowledge and attentiveness made for a memorable lunch experience! We liked her so much that we chased down the manager to let her know as well! Thank you Cynthia for being fabulous!
